Also, I love the idea of sending it to someone like Mira or Chloe or Doodle Date and having them send it to another. It would be like the comic version of what Ten Hundred did.

Maybe talk to someone who worked on the 10 hundred collab and see how they went about sending it outside of the US cause it went everywhere
I swear the ink moment was so relatable. Even marker ink manages to get everywhere. I can’t even imagine how regular ink manages to sneak everywhere.
If there's a mess to be made, I will be participating if I like it or not. 😭
The idea of collaborating to make a comic with pages made by different people is awesome! I love things like this, you can see how diverse and open art can be!
if you did send out the book to some friends, i think it’d be super cute to have the cover be a big collab!! everyone adds their own little part and it ends up being a giant unpredictable mashup when you get it back :3

I am truly hopeful that you follow through with this amazing idea! I will suggest that you go big and secure with your packaging! You might want to think about a box inside the box! Wrapping it double is a must. I hope you have plenty of prospects to send the book to! You might need to send the stamps but not the inks as they are more likely to leak! I am just not sure about the pens/markers either. Well Kasey I know that you will figure it out! I have every belief that you and everyone else will succeed. Go for it! That moment unboxing the ink is why I always have some hand sanitiser nearby when I'm using any type of ink. If you use that right away, you'll prevent it from badly staining your hands and anything else like your table if it got on there
This reminds me of my Flipbook Hatena days on the Nintendo DS. We would RP stories with each other, one person would have a prompt and start it, drawing the story and going back and forth, it was a lot of fun. Though I remember much sadness and disappointment when I wouldn't get picked to rp with by creators I really liked lol.

Kasey: Gets splashed with ink and freaks out dramatically, screaming and laughing hysterically.
Me: forgot to wear gloves while doing some acrylic pour paintings the day before yesterday and has been painted from fingertips to elbows pretty much ever since as the pouring medium I used is like superglue!! It's slowly coming off after showering and washing my hands a bajillion times but I'm fairly certain I've consumed more paint than is genuinely recommended 😂

I had a Joe Kubert comicbook kit as a 5th Grader. Got it after my surgery. It was legit. 😊
Personally, I liked the comic kit from Kubert a lot more than this. Though, maybe it's nostalgia talking to me. 😅
I'd never seen them before. I love the idea, although this particular set doesn't seem to be very good. Of course, Kasey still made something awesome with it.

It was awhile ago so I don’t remember much.. but it was super fun! I loved it, I might have leftovers but I just really liked it! So glad to find it on RUclips.
I just go back from a thirst store where I got a briefcase full of kids art supplies. Put this video on while I went through ti and to my surprise the comic kit you got is the same brand as the briefcase! Same pattern and everything!

@@KaseyTheGolden I don’t know if anyone has recommended this but maybe if someone is scared their choice of medium would bleed they could draw it on a separate piece of paper and then use a adhesive tape roller(Tombow makes one). That way no one’s beautiful art would be ruined or limited to dry mediums.

I like the idea of a collaborated comic book, but maybe you should create a more resilient book. Better paper, better binding, etc.

I love collaborations like this, I can’t wait for the end result and the final page!! I think it would be cute for you to do the cover, but I also think it would be cute if the cover was a collaboration too! Like, everyone does one little aspect of their part of the story for the cover, but that may be too complicated lol 😂 would you send the kit to everyone so each page has the same materials?? I think that could be cool!! Maybe expensive as far as postage is concerned though 😭
