ReadyLIFT® customers have asked for it and we have delivered. Last fall we announced our new leveling and SST lift kit offerings for the all-new GM 1500 trucks. We specifically did not include the factory lift kit-equipped GMC AT4 and Chevy Silverado Trail Boss. The AT4/Trail Boss are factory equipped with a 2" front lift. This front lift includes a longer front shock/strut assembly. When combining a traditional leveling kit on these factory lifted trucks, several issues present themselves. These include binding issues with the factory control arm ball joint and contact issues with the lower strut/CV axle assembly.
ReadyLIFT prides itself in offering quality engineered products developed to perform properly on specific applications. Our engineers have completed the necessary research and development on the new AT4/Trail Boss, resulting in two exciting new kits designed to work specifically on these new factory lifted trucks.
First is the new 66-3921 1.75" leveling kit. Similar to our popular 66-3086 leveling kit for pre 2019 trucks, the 66-3921 leveling kit provides required amount of lift without causing conflict with the factory strut geometry and clearances. This leveling kit includes our popular tubular upper control arms with corrected ball joint cup angles, heavy-duty replaceable ball joints and out new Terrain Control Technology (TCT) maintenance-free pivot bushings with side-biter washers to improve alignment retention.
For those wanting a little more lift, we now offer a version of our popular 4" SST Lift Kit in a 2" lift version. The 69-3920 SST Lift Kit works with the factory 2" front lift. This kit includes a top mount strut spacer along with a pre-load spacer to limit droop and the same premium grade upper control arms now available in our 66-3921 leveling kit. OE style 3" tall cast iron rear lift blocks and rear bump stop extension cups are also included to create a true AT4/Trail Boss-specific bolt-on lift kit that provides 2" of front lift and 1" of rear lift. This new lift kit concept is similar to our successful TRD Pro Plus 2 SST Lift Kit which is also engineered specifically for the factory suspension lift.
Your trust in ReadyLIFT to provide high-quality, precision engineered products is extremely important to us. You can be assured that these all-new leveling, SST lift kits are the absolute safest and best performing suspension upgrade option for the AT4/Trail Boss trucks.

So will this now make the 2020 AT4 a total of a 4 inch lift? I ended up running 285 60 20 ridgegrapplers on mine with this sst kit. Could I have gone bigger?

A company in Lexington KY installed your 66-3920 on my 2021 Chevrolet LT Trailboss and the front passenger side tire completely ripped off my truck while driving a week ago. The company is stating that you guys have not updated your vendors that the 66-3920 is not compatible with the Trailboss and they are not taking any responsibility for their install. I have spoke with 2 employees from your company but I would love to speak with someone in upper management to gather some more information. My insurance has denied the claim, the company has denied their wrongdoing and I am forced to take legal action to get my truck fixed. The are threatening to name your company and their vendors in the lawsuit... huge mess.

Take it up with GM. Very very few wheels would clear the caliper when these trucks came out. The 6mm spacer provides a clearance option for aftermarket wheels.
