I recently bought a 2014 F-150. the previous owner installed 3" spacers (Leveling Kit), It looked great but had no suspension travel, the ride was hard as a rock and when you hit a bump in the road the front end bounced all over the road. So i decided to get a real lift kit. I came across a Ready Lift 7" kit on offer up, it was missing one of the knuckles so I called Ready Lift and they didn't just send me the missing knuckle they sent me a matching pair no questions asked free of charge. Great customer service.

I wonder how readylift matches up to BDS because I'd love to one day run the BDS coilover kit and $3500 is quite a bit. But the fact that readylift uses billstein is a definite plus

I agree about the SST. One of my trucks I wanted to lift enough for 37's but needed to keep the snow plow package springs. Everyone had their lift packages with replacement springs. I was a bit concerned about a spacer but they have worked perfectly fine.

I am running the SST 3" front and 2" back kit on my 16 Tacoma. Was a really simple install and I am pretty satisfied with it. Ran me like $300 and I am able to clear 33's with no issue. Method NV wheels going on tomorrow as well to finish off the lift, wheel, tire setup. In comparison to a Rough Country kit my brother ran on a Tacoma, I find the ReadyLift to be much nicer. Might get some new UCA's at some point but overall, my angles are still solid. Really a great kit if you're not looking to spend a fortune.

Good stuff. I'm new to all these but thanks to RUclips am learning a lot. I am going back and forth between getting a full size suv like a gmc yukon at4 or denali, or an f150 platinum or raptor, leaning to the f150's. I'd like to level the f150 or lift the suv, say 2-3"s, and add bigger tires. Love the 35's, at least on the f150's, though the 37's on the raptor if i go that route would be awesome. In any case, I see f150's leveled with 2", 2.5" and 3", so which actually levels an f150, and if it's the 2", and you do a 3" level, does that mean you add a 1" lift in the rear, or are you left with it dancing around level but not being exactly level depending on which number of inches you get? And two, the yukons and tahoes and escalades have adjustable air suspension and magna ride. How will a lift on such an suv affect those, affect the air ride? If normal minimal road clearance is 8", and in 4H you can go to 9" and 4L to 10", if you add a 2" lift, does that also raise the air ride, so that normal road clearance becomes 10", 4H can go to 11" and 4L to 12", or if not, does the lift screw up the effectiveness of the air ride? Or is there something to be done to raise the air ride also, and does that cause problems? Thanks. I'm not sure who to ask or where to go to learn about this air ride question.

I installed this 3.5" SST Lift Kit on my 2021 GMC Canyon AT4, and while everything was installed correctly, the problem is the TOP hat that Readylift included on this kit, That has to be the worst design ever, but not only did the top hat overly compressed the OEM coil spring (per their own note, 3/4" extra) making the ride, stiff, over-extending the OEM Strut and ignoring several other bad reviews about broken struts. I called a few times and asked about the issue... no help. seems not even their tech support knows how to fix that, and they make it clear in their own words "Do not use aftermarket struts" This kit was designed to be used with OEM components. I very much doubt that. the issue again is that the strut is over-extended forcing the coil to over-compress an extra 0.75" inches, it creates a dangerous situation that can make the strut shaft fatigue and break.
It leaves your suspension stiff, not rebound, and with any small bump you can feel the strut Top-out due to over-extending. I do not understand why not make the top hat 0.75" shorter to alleviate this issue or recommend a shorter coil or longer strut. either way, the kit is unusable. (parts of) I have asked several 4x4 shops in my area, and "ALL" told me their customers usually scrap this kit and upgrade to a different brand.
I am not going to waste money, as I am going to try to salvage what I can, I will keep the Upper control arms, swaybar relocation bracket, and front differential spacers, but I have ordered RC 2" Loaded Struts and a 0.5" level kit spacers. so I can get a total lift of about 2.5-2.75" front lift, using a new fully assembled coil/strut made for lifting 2" (as it has a longer strut) this is also because my truck ended higher in the front that on the rear, before measurements from the floor to the edge of the fender lip were Front L 25.2"/Front R 25.5" and Rear L 27.1"/Rear R 27.3", now after the lift Front L 29"/Front R 29.1 and Rear L 28"/Rear R 28.2", I do not know if ReadyLift screwup or GM changed specs on the 2021-2022 models of the Canyon/Colorado, but the 1" spacer leaves a sagging rear. I am hoping after my RC 2" Loaded Struts and the 0.5" Level kit I will achieve about 2.5-2.75" Front lift that will leave the Front about 28"+/- and level with the rear while regaining my near OEM ride quality.
I will save the ReadyLift Top hat, to experiment with in the future if I decide to lift the front more; my other idea is to order Eibach Pro truck struts and shocks, those are made to ride level or up to 3" extra, allowing me to dial how much the top hat compress the OEM coil. I am doing more research with Eibach regarding the total length of the strut, but it seems it might work. technically the strut needs to be 0.75"+ longer to correct the over-compression of the coil.
Now I have to do the work of re-designing my own lift kit without ReadyLift's help. I hope some of this information is taken by ReadyLift to fix their kit and not just ignored as another bad review.
Unfortunately, ReadyLift tech support is lacking, they do not know their own product or care to help, if they care they would investigate the safety issue its own hardware is creating and either redesign it or stop selling it. help their existing customers and save their name, but when I bought it I was under the impression ReadyLift was a reputable company... man was I wrong.

Have the 3.5 readylift sst kit on my f150 xlt for three years now... I have had to replace their so called heavy duty ball joints now three times. I had them replaced at an established suspension shop.... asked them to measure the distance from hub to the fender as the maker of this product recommends.... measurements are as they should be .... and still have had the ball joints worn out... mechanic says that I have to get a spacer for the knuckle , where the upper control arm and ball joint meets the factory knuckle. I like the look.... the factory ride .... but this has become an inconvenience to having to replace the ball joints becouse they wear out prematurely.... do you have any suggestions.... have you heard any problems like this before.... thank you

I just installed a 3 1/2 inch SST on my 2019 ram 1500. No factory lift no off-road package. I have checked the torque multiple times realigned the vehicle multiple times in the past week I’m getting a popping noise under the front driver side over small bumps. Any ideas about ready to remove this kit.

Just ordered a 3.5” ready lift kit with the Bilstein rear shocks for my 2018 Silverado. There are so many so called leveling kits out there that don’t actually “level” your truck! It’s almost impossible to know wtf your getting! Just tell us what the kit does when you feature it! I don’t want any squat or any rake after install. Does this kit LEVEL THE TRUCK?? I know this video wasn’t featuring a particular kit. I’m just frustrated trying to get all the information so I’m not buying and ending up with what I don’t want!

The ReadyLIFT 3.5'' SST Lift Kit is developed to give F-150 owners a packaged front/rear lift option that lifts the front of the vehicle 3.5'' with 1.75'' in the rear. So it will level it out very nicely! You can check out this kit here:
