Yes, the Xtern (Turbomed) is a really good orthosis. We distribute that one in the Nordic countries as well. But Xtern and Comfit AFO doesn´t compet with each other. They rather compliment each other. Comfit AFO are for those who want a slim, extremly light weight and almost invisible AFO. :-)

I have a very similiar brace......I cant wear it because the center strap kills the outside of my foot....any suggestions...tried padding it
I had the same problem. Change to a different AFO, not all of them are right next to your foot like that. I use an Elevate AFO, love it!
