Wide gaps use backer rod... which is a coil of foam in varying width to fill gaps, add insulation, before drywall mudding which eventually will crack & fall out of a big gap
When my cat passed I ended up watching your videos just to see izzy and bella get loved. It kept me going and full of joy when I needed it, thank you! (Parker being a good friend helped, too.) Last week, my partner drove me 11 hours just to rescue the new member of our pack. His name is mouse and he is a mastiff/pit bull mix. Now he is listening to izzy and bella with us! Sending love. ❤

OMG, long time, first time. You guys are great. J, please please please sand drywall with a damp sponge. Use the sponge you tiled with. You got this! Wear a mask. That stuff's bad for you and your fam- vacuum it up afterward. Keep up the good work!
When you buy your drywall mud make sure you buy the kind that drops to the floor and does not float up in the air. You can vacuum immediately after you sand. Each time you mud, just apply a skim coat so it all doesn’t have to have a thick layer sanded off.
Happy birthday to a special lady. Cabin fever can be cured by a weekend at a hotel with a pool. Tip for drywall sanding: wear a N-95 mask with a breathing valve and safety googles.
Happy birthday Bella! So happy to see you both with power! On a side note, Im not sure if you put a wire screen or mesh screen over the outside vent but I would recommend so if not. Bats can fly in those things to keep warm.

You can ‘sponge’ drywall mud as well. A lot less dusty. Make the 🧽 only slightly damp and very softly rub over your seams. You want to make your seams wider and wider each time for smoother transitions. Also, an easy way to pick up dry wall dust from floors is to tears strips of newspaper/paper, wet in a bucket and drop all over floor. Then sweep up with broom. Keep doing over an over. Usually after a good dry vac vacuum first.
Our Aussie just turned 13 so I totally understand the crying and wanting to clone your best friend. They are angels and I wish they could live forever. Happy Birthday, beautiful Bella!

Happy Birthday Bella! 💝 Jasmine and Crystal, our first furbabies are SO special, and yes, it's bittersweet when they get older, but it's also the sweetest thing to lose our hearts to a beautiful furbaby. My little cuddlers are 11 and 10, and I feel you. But I've been here before, and I know that while the pain goes away, the love always remains. We love you both, and honestly, even though we don't know each other IRL, we're all one pack. ❤

You can ‘sponge’ drywall mud as well. A lot less dusty. Make the 🧽 only slightly damp and very softly rub over your seams.
You want to make your seams wider and wider each time for smoother transitions.
Also, an easy way to pick up dry wall dust from floors is to tears strips of newspaper/paper, wet in a bucket and drop all over floor. Then sweep up with broom. Keep doing over an over. Usually after a good dry vac vacuum first.
Our Aussie just turned 13 so I totally understand the crying and wanting to clone your best friend. They are angels and I wish they could live forever. Happy Birthday, beautiful Bella!
