    I've been drinking coffee since age 12. At 29, I got pregnant after 2 months of trying. That pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage. I don't know for sure if this had an effect, but any factors I can control, the better. I've been drinking almost strictly decaf for the past 5 months. Still trying for my rainbow baby 🌈

    Thanks for this info. I will have to work on getting off the caffeine. I have been working hard on my weight loss. I would also be interested to see the results after already pregnant.

    I’ve been waiting for this! Thank you. I’ll be doing IVF come August and already nervous about how I’m going to quit my coffee in the mornings. How long before IVF should a person quit drinking coffee?

    Thank you for your insights.
    When would you recommend having the last cup of coffee in the cryo cycle?
    Furthermore, as a normal-weight PCOS patient with slightly impaired insulin sensitivity who enjoys consuming sweet beverages, I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on artificial sweeteners such as Acesulfame.

    Thank you for your interesting insight. Would you mind sharing the scientific articles you mentioned, specially the one about caffeine consumption increasing the chance of early miscarriage by 5 times. You don't have to share the whole thing, just the DOI is enough. Thanks Doc!

    I had to quit and move on to cacao for now which has a lot less caffeine. I will have to quit that before embryo transfer.

    Do you have an opinion or recommendation regarding Dandy Blend coffee alternative?

    • @InfertilityTV
      @InfertilityTV  Год назад +1

      Dandy Blend contains four ingredients: roasted barley extracts, roasted rye extracts, roasted dandelion root extracts, and roasted chicory root extracts.
      We do not have information about what impact these may have (either alone or in combination) on fertility or miscarriage risk
