This channel is so underrated! Thank you for all the wonderful information! This video helped me identify 3 reasons I faced 7 years of infertility. I had high prolactin, low thyroid and PCOS that didn't respond to Metformin. It took 7 years to get 1 of 7 fertility doctors to diagnose and properly treat my condition. I really seemed healthy, but we couldn't afford the IUI or IVF recommendations since you can't easily become insured for fertility medicine treatments. We were able to finally successfully get pregnant due to the correct dosage of Femara and a few months of prayerful patience!

I’m only 108 lbs with pcos and have a hard time gaining weight. I recently had ovarian cysts removed and my tubes checked. I don’t even get my period anymore…this channel helps soo much! i know so much more about fertility than my doctor would even bother telling me. She said since I’m only 19 I should be happy I’m not ovulating and get over wanting a baby. Im almost 20 and about to get married I also have to get tested for cervical cancer every three months I don’t get my cycle, it’s been a year and a half almost with no period. I’m considering saving up and traveling to the clinic for help 😭😭

am glad i have come across this video, am 31 and i have been trying to conceive for years. i got pregnant with my first child when i was 19 gave birth at 20, few months after that my period stopped. 2018 i was diagnosed with Autoimmune Polygladular Endocrinopathy so i have been on treatment since. July 14 2021 i got my period and the same thing happened again in August....so i consulted my doctor and they did some blood test and it shows that my estradiol is low, can Dr please explain what means and can i ovulate if i do not get my period?

You might have a regular period, but it doesn't mean you are actually ovulating. So you need to make sure you are actually ovulating each month. Your doctor can run some tests. Good Luck!
How do we know we have problem about ovulation? I usually use ovulation strip it showns on my ovulation date peak day, but I am still not pregnant during we tried conceived on that day

Thank you Dr for this beautiful video, i have high prolactin levels was on Carbergoline it works for a while all of a sudden it stopped working for me, now my Doctor changed my medicine to Norprolac once every day hopefully it will restore my ovulation, going in for another blood work and MRI in January

Unfortunately, there is no way to improve quality but even if many of a woman's eggs are of poor quality, there is still a chance top find a few that are better

What is the best dose if tsh value is 1.94 ?? Can I take 2 tablets of thyroxin?
A TSH of 1.94 is completely normal. No treatment is needed.
