Right? And there are a bunch of variations I didn’t have Space for in The video. The magnetic pact Canon has a slightly different form found in The skywatch archipelago and The pact use smaller versions of The pact Cannon with some of The vines acting as barricades.
about your number 1 spot: I think the flow is like that because the energy is collected and then concentrated/purified and that is what its shoots and the "waste" goes back to earth a closed circuit of energy similar to how actual plants work and a bit more in line to how other sylvari things seem to work (their turrets etc) about the jade: I just noticed that connection, nice catch! but i do think WM jade is just local jade that absorbed bloodstone magics (I *think* it is confirmed in the story but dont @ me on this) - Caudecus wasnt THAT well connected imo I dont think the ondulation on the pact cannons is heat, lots of asura things do that, it's probably excess energy leaving the system (which I know it's *technically, kinda sorta heat but it's prob not hot). honestly Pact aesthetics are amazing, my fav core faction, so to say - you can see how they merge all Tyria's people's tech on their things
I love that take on the number 1! “Eat the nutrition and release the excess” great thought! True, it might be local. But those chunks are massive and we haven’t really seen anything like “jade mines” in Kryta (though jade Can be found in Europe, so there’s nothing “thematically” wrong with the jade being local.) I looked around on the wiki-Page for the jade cannons, which didn’t mention anything one Way or the other. Perhaps they’re simply ancient, like the Jade Constructs and were Carted up from Ember Bay? There are a lot of potential cool storybeats 🤩 Hmm. I mean, heat and motion are basically The same thing, just at different scales. I’ve always assumed The asuran tech was hot in that cone.
