that is nonesense..its unachievable...minimum wage? sasa if you are paying a primary teacher net of sijui 40K or less and you want them to pay their house maids 15K? that is not possible!..market forces must determine wage..skill and service is a commodity subject to market forces! Let WSR fix the economy and wages will go up automatically

Kenyans are like quantum physics beings. You walk through a market enjoy low prices or even haggle down more and in another breath you are advocating for better prices for farmers/producers.
Lastly why does govt/public sector have to fix anything. Why can't the "free maket", whatever that means, fix it?

raising minimum wage is just a way of big business just monopolizing the economy because you are just rising the cost of doing business for small scale business just because naivas can take the hit of increasing their wages doesnt mean mama mboga can these people should be paid based on the value they bring

The minimum wage should be based on the neighbourhood of the employer. Karen workers should have a much higher minimum wage than Kayole workers.
