Irish Punjabi Party (New Way Forward) - The Snake Charmer ft. Raoul Kerr

  • Bringing together a blend of cultures yet again in this fun and dancy tune popularly heard in Titanic called "Irish Party in third class". Giving it The Snake Charmer effect we remade this song into something fun and pass a message of how some things like art, culture and ideas are better when brought and shared together. In this case blending a traditional Irish folk tune into electronic dubstep music with bhangra and punjabi beats. Today you can watch me because of the internet and i feel that using the internet to create a shared global culture is the way forward.
    Music stays undivided :)

    I'm here because of Bloodywoods comment section on who you are, and just WOW, this is just magic, who would of thought these 2 different worlds would collide and become something so fantastic. I have tried to start learning Bhangra, i'm old but i love the dance form, but seeing this now, with the BW guys who i just love, i'm now determined to learn a routine to dance to this song haha..

    Shhaaaazaaaamahhhhh....New Way Forward! indeed! great music lyrics dance, a very POSITIVE frequency. The only way through is through, lots of negativity now here in the states, and worldwide. Rise above! Push for peace, a New Way, this is how you do it! Its all about head to heart, the Feminine, Choosing a different way... Yes more of this :-)

      Bagpipes have been in cultures from Europe to India since before Roman times. Nobody's really sure where they originally came from, it seems.

    • @polashquadhi2330
      @polashquadhi2330 4 года назад

      @DONNOD there's a dispute. Irish Scots believe it's invented in Ireland and was taken to Scotland. It's a Highland Classical Instrument basically which needs hilly area to make it's natural echo tunes. Flutes are originally from Egypt and Arabs, it's easy to mix this up

    funny that this uses the lyrics "delhi to dublin", because there is actually a band called "delhi 2 dublin" that does bhangra/celtic fusion music. maybe you should collab with them. their fiddler left the band and they don't have as much celtic sound anymore, and a bagpipe could be just what they need

    Folks got some snarky and negative feedback about this piece. I'm digging everything about it. I think Raoul Kerr is a great hip-hop artist and that the ethnic mashups (Indian and Celtic) are great.

      I don't find her tunes are close to professional. Yet she got populairty because of her Hip Hop and presentation. She cannot stand against a 3rd league teen Bagpipers in Highland. Still, I'd love to inspire her, cause we need bagpipers. But what she is doing is called disrespect to an art and abuse of an instrument. Gurkha kicked these mindless careless ppl out of their land, Nepal. Whatever they get, they take it as granted.
