Love this comment. The fusion to me is the Traditional mixing with the music made by many modern cultures. Having a European heritage (Viking, Celtic and some others later on) but living in Australia, I have enjoyed watching musicians like Bloodywood, The Hu and the Snake Charmer grow the traditional sound lately. Australia's best example would be Treaty by Yothu Yindi.

She'd be a hit at the Surrey Fusion Festival, especially if she and Bloodywood performed together. Bloodywood might have to leave out some of their heavier songs at a family festival like that, but between her and them and Raoul's solo tracks, they could do a hell of a show.

I love the Celtic Pubjabi songs put out by this channel. I also love that some of the first cover stuff was Eluveitie. I'm often rather picky about what can be classified as Celtic cause all too often it's just meaningless marketing but I know this is legit.
