I really respect that you do whatever it takes to get the water flowing. Finding the reason that the storm water wasn’t draining from the driveway and then drilling a drain hole shows you’re willing to go above and beyond for your customer. And then tracking down what the cross pipe was for, marking its location on the drive and getting drain photos helps the customer to get it all taken care of. Not yo mention the plants you pull, the sticks you prevent from going down & the superb cleanup. You are absolutely the BEST!! 👏👏👍👍👍👏👏
I don't know why the communications company did not call to have drain located, but obviously they should have known better. First time I've seen you expose a screw up like this. Sic Rattie on 'em. Lol
SUPER OLLIE found and solved the problem quickly and correctly, now the telecom company can solve it further, greetings from the Netherlands from Hans.👍👍👍👍👍👍🍀

You are a great plumber Ollie. You even found the problem with the trench drain and fixed it. The utility line going through the now busted top of the drain line is a whole another problem. Just leave it and let the homeowner know about it for a future repair. Top job all around.
Hey Drain Addict I’m from the 🇺🇸 USA, I just want you to know that l love your channel. I watch your videos almost every night before I go to sleep. You rock 👍🏿
Awesome work Ollie! As allways you went furthermore into the problem and drilled the discharge of the drain! Well done sir! God bless you! I hope that client got his telecom pipe better placed! Greetings from Argentina!
The Blocked drain cleaning AU awesome mate 👍 all good 👍😂😂 Thanks for the video Ollie great job blasting out the drains, well done ✅. Take care of yourself and family ❤️❤️❤️. Be Blessed and Jesus Saves trust in Him.
Yup, Telstra use their microtunnelers and never checks "Dial b4 you dig". A friend had a similar problem - T says it's easier to just bore, and then send in a repair crew for the damage later...
Great work Ollie, would really love a follow up to see the damage inflicted to the pipe and and ground work around it. Hear story from the customer and what feedback they got from the company that did this damage. If anything like the UK, they would spend 3 years investigating and never fix the work.
Now the tele company will have to pay for that right? 🤔🧐 Doing the right thing like always Ollie you didn't have to do anything with that other drain but did anyway. Top fellow right there.
However a very good Work! Too if the beginning nearly uninviting is. You to seize and clear this Perfect. The check from the Drain with the Camera, and to report how is the Drain defect! Good Job. Greeting from Austria 🇦🇹
FYI, in Texas we don't use ag lines for roof drainage, instead we use sprinkler systems to keep the soil around the home slightly moist and stable from expansion and contraction. That will wreck a concrete foundation if not treated.
Omg I never understood this, I live in rural Texas and the neighbours got a sewage system with a holding tank or something they also have a sprinkler system with it that goes off a few times a week.
I waited until the end , just to make sure but knew that you blasted them screws away when you were cleaning the drive way off!! I was waiting to watch you look everywhere for them. We didnt get to see you pick them up and tuck them away up on the ledge to stay safe....
Hello there Ollie i wonder what Telstra will do now when you show them this screw up? And seeing the crack in that 25 mm pipe where it crosses the sewer mains. Maybe the water in the pit might be sewer water ?

Looks like the local telcom was running fiber under the driveway and hit the pipe. Had this done in my neighborhood over the last year here but they marked all underground utilities prior to any digging. They use a pneumatic sort or hammer that burrows a hole through the ground along your yard near the road. Ive seen many driveways get damaged in the process. I wonder if they even bothered marking the utilities first?
@@rupe53 Yeah i guess storm water drains on private property aren't marked as a utility even though it flows into the main sewer line. This damage is still on the teleco either way though.
