Combo of your stormwater and Post10 with the beaver pond discussion makes me want to do some sort of engineered catchbasin/pond system if i ever had an opportunity to build anything from the ground up. Oversized pipes for easy cleaning, plenty of IO points. And WELL MAPPED.
@@MadMatty01 Well there is something so very satisfying about cleaning a blockage and watching water flow where it should - two nights ago I cleaned my driveway entrance of silt and gravel that was blocking proper drainage, and I was out there today in the rain, smiling, seeing everything drain as it should.

What a mess. Little pipe seems to lead out beyond privacy fence to lawn near roadway. Roots, it always seems to be roots. Cleanup doubled the time of the job but Ollie tackled that part with sheer professionalism.👍
30mm, such a small pipe size. I remember the first time I ever used a turbo nozzle against weeds. Kinda just happened as I was prepping a timber fence to restain. Like a light just clicked on in me head and I thought hmm, wonder what will happen if I blast the grass... It's now pretty much exclusively the only way I trim footpaths, driveways and other such areas. Much better on my back, easier to clean, better results, no damage to surfaces, to damn string reloading, and much cleaner surfaces as well. I have actually collected several kinds of nozzles now. I'd love to have an actual jetter setup as well (besides just a pressure washer), but they are expensive in my case as I would not be using them to earn money (aka pay for themselves). Using conduit and a small nozzle makes for an easy way to get conduit installed under a driveway or footpath as well, another one of those hmm moments for me. Worked a treat. I just ask myself why I didn't don the world or pressured water years ago. People are also always happy when you clean their hard surfaces, because the results are night and day and satisfying before/after photos.
You know it's Sunday when there's nothing to do but sit back, relax, and watch a Drain Addict video. Cheers Ollie!

The homeowner should really get a drain pipe extender. Having that pipe end in the mud/grass will just plug up again. Great vid as usual..
