Pentax’s 20-40 seems small and cute. It’s a pity it couldn’t cover full frame so I ended up picking Tamron’s 20-40.

Lee, Thanks for taking us on your morning photo walk. Great shots! Does the weight of the K3 iii make you miss your KF? Also, you have gloves, shoes, and a windbreaker on; what is the low temp threshold for the walking shorts?

Still have my KF. Weight of the K-3 is not too bad because I just use the limited series lenses with it. I am sure if I mounted a heavier 300mm da* or 11-18mm it would be cumbersome on a longer walk. I actually wore jeans for the first time the other day when it was in the single digits. I think the last time I wore jeans was about 2 years ago. lol

I've never seen or used a Limited lens. That 20-40mm is one of the best looking lenses ever. Great video.

I feel you on wrong lens… the 55-300 PLM is pocketable in a jacket!

vielen Dank fürs mitnehmen, schöne Bilder, warum photographiers Du, nicht im TAV-Modus, die Mono ist doch viel Licht empfindlicher, wie die K-3III, welche ich besitze? Da ich mit dem Gedanken spiele mir eine Mono zu kaufen, deshalb bin ich für alle Erfahrungen welche RUclipsr ins Netz stellen dankbar.
