I totally agree. My small pup...the crazy one just confirmed it. I am a long time fan of the Flyers..40 yrs... and I know dogs have a great sense of people as did my three Huskies before these two retirement dogs. I watch every Flyers game and they are used to Torts voice. One of my retirement dogs seems to freak out on every other animal on TV .. horses dogs Etc ...but I just played this video on an 8 ft projector screen... and he just sat and watched never barked once.. 1st time ever....that is what my crazy pup thinks of Torts. Awesome as I think Torts is best thing that happened to the Flyers. :)

hes the right guy for the job, but in today's game Torts has a short shelf life and he knows it.

Torts is fair and tough. Gotta respect that. He's a helluva lot different than other "old school" coaches.
