Btw, while the iPad mini 6 can sort of run the game at highest settings 60fps well enough, it will still stutter a little in certain areas like Sumeru for example. And of course battery consumption will be noticeably higher in those settings too.
Personally, I tend to go for "Medium" for everything except "High" for Visual Effects and Environment Detail. It's pretty much smooth all the way (which is more important to me), device runs cooler, and battery life is better too. And since I'm playing with a controller, the device is much further away from my eyes anyway, so the slightly lower graphics settings isn't really that obvious. And even at this settings, it still looks better than Android phones I've tried with their "highest" settings. :/

I’ve been using the cellular 2018 iPad Pro for Genshin since launch and it’s sooo good that I can play for long stretches 1-3 hours and it doesn’t even throttle at all. Combined with the reason that I can use my PS4/PS5/Series X controller or even the Switch Joycons to play it is absolute clutch. I don’t even remember the last time I played Genshin on my PC 😂

Hey Alex, good to hear from you! Would you say this screen size is enough for reading manga without having to zoom in? I know for sure 6 inch devices are too small for me to be able to read some smaller text. How's the manga reading experience overall? Thx!!!

Hi there! The size is big enough to read manga for me at least without zooming. I haven't had any issues even with those with smaller text, and manhwa/webtoons is no issue too. Though I think in the end your experience with it might depend on how you read usually. If it's like in front of a desk, sitting down, or maybe in bed while lying on your stomach, it's pretty good since you can put down the device or might have some support for the device. But if you're holding the device without support like while in public transit, it might get a bit tiring. For me I kinda have a bad habit of reading in bed while lying down on my side, and the iPad mini is a little too big and heavy to handle comfortably in that situation. Which is why I ended up going back to reading on my phone. 🤣 Hope this helps!

I find it odd that no Android OEM ever try to make a worthy iPad mini competitor. The most recent we had before was the 2022 Lenovo Legion Y700.

yeah. I think there are some other interesting options recently too like the Honor Pad V8 Pro with Dimensity 8100, a comparable (or slightly better) chip the the SD870 in the Legion Y700. Though for me personally android table is out of the consideration for me since they lack controller support for Genshin. 😂
