- How to exfoliate your face correctly is a big question cause by now you all know the physical scrubs are not the best thing for your skin, how physical scrubs cause micro tears on your face.
The best why to exfoliate your face is by using chemical exfoliants that come in the forms of toners & serums. But the question then is which chemical exfoliant should I use? Always use a chemical exfoliant that matches your skin type and your skin concern.
Dry skin - loves lactic acid serum or you can always use the REN toner.
A little pricey but worth it is the good genes lactic acid serum from Sunday Riely or the Drunk Elephant protini peptide serum.
Oily skin that is dull & has slight hyperpigmentation would love the pixi glow tonic.
All skin types that have large open pores & blackheads can opt for salicylic acid toner or serum
Chemical exfoliation for beginners is best started with exfoliating toners.
Using an exfoliating toners 2/3 times a week at night is a great way to introduce the toner into your skincare routine.
Chemical exfoliation for acne prone skin can be done by using blended toners like the some by Mi AHA BHA PHA toner.
chemical exfoliation for dry skin is best done by using a lactic acid serum 2 times a week at max, start by once a week

I have a little confusion on AHA n BHA, so since aha treats upper layer of skin and bha treats deep inside. So should we be using both aha n bha separately or in a single product.

But one confusion, if i use aha one day, then bha the other day, in that case should i exfoliate for total 2 days a week
or is it like this aha twice a week amd then bha twice a week, that means 4 daya in total a week?

No dear. Peptides like Matrixly, multi peptide or argirline are not to be used with direct acid like AHA bha salicylic acid but can be used with retinol

Hello! I love ur skincare routines. Shall i use the corx snail mucine essence and hyaluronic acid if i apply paula’s choice bha exfoliant at first followed with the ordinary niacinamide. I have large porse and acne scars. Please suggest me the routine when i use paula’s choice exfoliant.
Thank you so much Shariz; when using the PC liquid exfoliant. Follow these steps. Use PC liquid exfoliant first, then Niacinamide then cosrx then Moisturiser. I would recommend avoid ordinary Niacinamide as it’s doesn’t suit most ppl. But if it works for you continue
