I know a lot of Twisted Wonderland characters have depth, but I think Leona might just be one of the most nuanced. He can be either brutally honest or purely manipulative, self-serving but also tends to have quite a defeatist mindset, smart and strong but rarely does anything with it unless forced or encouraged by an external element.
So much potential that was wasted.
Plus, when he sees someone struggling, he shows his leadership qualities
