I wanted to give your workout style and training regime a try. It's been a while since I have done any dead-lifts. I should have known better to take it a little lighter. I hurt my lower back earlier today :(
Hmmm after watching some more I think it's 3 days a week will be hypertrophy after you cycle through legs/pull/push then 1 day rest then 3 days will be strength when you cycle through legs/pull/push. While going through the cycle your going through A and B.
So when you do 5x3 sets for squats...do you start your workout with the heaviest weight? Or do you start with low weight and increase weight per set? I guess my question is what is an example of weights for each set?
TDo, what do you think of Wendler 5/3/1? I wanna get my strength up, but don't wanna lose my mass( I would like to increase that, instead of just maintaining it)

Hey Tony I don't know if you'll see this but I have a question for you. I see you alternate beetween squats 2 times in a row than sumo deads for 2 other times for the primary lift. If I do my strenght conditionning on primary lifts (like squats and deadlifts) and hypertrophy on secondary lifts (like leg press and hack squat) and I want to alternate beetween a workout A and B while still focusing on getting stronger on my main lifts, would it be ok to alternate beetween squats and deadlifts or the frequency would be too low (basically every 8 days), what would you recommend? Thanks!
I thought about doing squat then leg press for A and front squats then deadlifts and hacksquats for B, do you have something better I could do? Like begining with squats every leg day (and forget front squats) to improve it optimally?

On your off days do you still go to the gym to do cardio or anything or do u just relax?

so you do hypertrophy and strength same day right? or is one week hypertrophy and one week strength?

Not hating. But, in my opinion too many exercises and volume especially for legs which is a very responsive muscle.

i guess i dont understand why you would work legs when you could spend that time working biceps and chest?
