10:53 - 13:23 What an amazing, poignant piece of work - so powerful. Like Spirit falling across the earth. Yes, like that! Bagpipes and drums brings the poet and lover out of us all. Many thanks for uploading and many thanks to the people in this video. Highland Games are amazing and so gratified to see it spread across the world.
Mainly of Scottish decent, I am memorized by the gracefulness of my people. Too bad there is not a lot of places that keep their ancestral heritages alive. LONG LIVE SCOTLAND!

Well presented, Braemar Media. Great to see male Highland dancers reclaiming some of the action, too. The Vale of Atholl Pipes and Drums sound polished as usual. A great setting, with Glenlyon and Fortingall only a hammer's throw away.
Those two dancers close to the end; I honestly didn't know you'd also wear marine uniforms for the Scottish highland dance! Scotland is truly amazing! I wish that they come perform in the US, but...as always, what we wish for, they can't make so.
Pretty sure the male dancer is Hamish McInnes. An Australian dancer. I have seen him dance a championship in person a few years ago. He is poetry in motion.
I am in love. Absolutely and helplessly. With Scotland and it's marvelous culture. It was a very strange experience to learn about it today.. I am Russian, red-haired, I am a tall and quite fit woman. I always loved tartan pattern, I have a wonderful dress with it. Haggis? I got super obsessive cooking and eating "tripe" here, in Argentina. I would love to try haggis one day! I also enjoy listening to modern Scottish rock bands. I was in shock when I found out that formers of AC/DC were Scottish. I've been always told that it's an "Australian" thing. As it was something "magical" and "exotic". I love AC/DC, and for me it's Scottish. It's absolutely brilliant and BADASS! Also, a couple of months ago, I had to make a heavy decision in my life, to change my family name. I am Rona. I chose it because it means "might" and "song", and it's of Scottish origin. I went to read about Scotland. And I didn't know before that there was this incredible and beautiful Scottish part of me. Haven't been for a while, and boy do I miss it. Was once with a crack group of Scottish country dancers, was learning some Highland, played in a couple of trad bands ... just such a great scene, it really is.
I lived in Adnbra between the years 2004 and 2006, I was five when I went there with my father, he went there for studying, and actually he got his master degree in computer programming from Adnbra university before we return back to our country (Saudi Arabia). I had a greet friends, teachers and a lots of beautiful memories, one of the things that I will not forget is this music.
I enjoyed this a lot but I got a big kick and had to smile around the 5:30 mark when the wee dancers came out. I was calling my wife to come and see the 2 foot tall dancers and I told her that they're the world famous Highland Cupcakes. They were all very nice, beautiful to see the kids participating.
