The scots were some of the best fighters in the world. They were better fighters than the Romans who built Hadrian's wall to keep the scots out of England because they couldn't defeat them in battle. They were ferocious fighters. They were better than the English too. The only reason that England beat them was because some of the Scottish lords sold out to England for lands and titles eg. Braveheart.
