The only vlogger i can watch a 3 hour vlog from and still want more 😂😂
Me too! Episode 2 was close to 3 hours I think & it flew by & I didn't budge.
100% same
Facts! I'm so many hours behind in South Africa 🇿🇦 but nothing will stop me from watching!
WTF! That was 3 hours! I had no idea. That was golden
I'm the same. I chill to his vlogs
Its great to see that multiple people in a small town in Scotland like Kirkcaldy know who Spanian is and have showed him love and hospitality. Just goes to show how the Internet has made the world so much smaller that a vlogger from Australia can go to any town in the UK and get shown love.
And you just know they'd have tracked down a battered Mars bar for him if they'd known 😂
The woman dropping a quick boggaroo!! DON'T TOUCH ME BROTHER!!! I was in hysterics on the floor!!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣💩😂😂😂
That shit was hilarious dude I know we shouldn’t laugh but the look on his face bro 😂😂😂
That’s what I’m thinking bro! The next 20 minutes I’m just thinking, Man you better watch where you’re walking.
😂😂😂 dying! You could die on the streets in London and people would walk past and not react... so a shit on the pavement is nothing. That was the funniest thing 😂😂😂
Honestly shocked tbf I've never seen that before and I live in London
Whats the timestamp? 😂
Your a legend spanian... my nan was from kirckaldy and moved to glebe sometime in the 60s she lived in the brick flats on bay street till she passed... thank you so much for doing this video it was something i never got a chance to do due to getting kidney disease.. i always wanted to see where she grew up, keep up the good work brother your helping more people than you may realise..
Side note: firth of forth is the inlet/water it overlooks.. also it sounds like the old fulla was saying aye pronounced "eye" meaning "yes" your nan if she still had her accent would have said aye loddie to you meaning "yes boy" or lassie for girls.. i hope this helps
Time for my Sunday night therapy session. I've never been to jail, I work as a data engineer for the Australian Government but somehow Spanian's yarns are so relatable.
My dad said the same thing and he's 70..he's got a gift
It's the yearning for Australian non political content long lost since the 90s
I'm absolutely miserable, I had a benign brain tumour removed a year ago, I'm pretty sure a cranial nerve has been damaged, I'm badly heat intolerant & it's not even summer, I can't do anything, even holding my head up hurts, but when Spanian uploads an episode I forget everything, I walk in his shoes, the clean ones lol, I smell the smells & my mouth waters at the food, OMG I laughed when he was looking for his boat & I cried visiting his grandparents houses, love you Spanian, proud to be Aussie, warmest from Perth.
Get well soon, also using Spanian to escape recovery of a health scare, so I know what you mean ❤
good to hear, I hope you get better. sending you positive energy bruz.
@@PJTrojan - oh no, I hope all is well with you & you are on the mend, I'm hoping a neurologist sees my comment & can help me because I was fine before the operation, actually this time last year I was in hospital 18th September til the 20th October, tumour has gone but what about all the other neurological issues I've been left with? It's really bad how a surgeon operates but totally ignored my complaints that I have lost feeling all down my left, it would appear like a stroke but it's below my right knee too. Sorry for the whinge.
@@Harley.1 - thank you so much.
@@trishlett40 I’m sorry to hear that, it is really tough to get an open, reliable and approachable doctor or surgeon, but I suppose they usually are overworked/understaffed. Maybe if you keep struggling to be listened to there, try another country with a reputation for good healthcare. I’m living in Germany and had my operations here and they are supposedly one of the best in Europe for medical procedures, however if I wanted aftercare and a friendly bedside manner, I’d prefer to be back in UK. Best of luck to you, take solace in knowing you are not alone 🙂
Spanian I know you will just scroll past this comment. But I need to tell you that you are the best you tuber out there. I am not kidding. Thank you for everything you do.
Spanian I’ve been checking my phone like 17 times a day waiting for the episode to come out. I’ve just been watching all the videos and waiting and waiting bro. I’m so excited lol 😂 let’s oggg cuz
Me too 💯 😂😂😂😊
YES! Been waiting ages for this one. Hope we looked after you over here 👊🏼
Can’t wait to hear why he disappeared off the face of the planet after visiting uk & Ireland
Are we really that bad 😂
@@Marley-wy3bb Think he posted on IG that Ireland is now his favourite place in the world so you might be alright 😂
@@BlackPhillipShow_ no way 🤣❤️
With what's happening in Ireland with mass migration it will turn into London unless the people rise up to stop it@@BlackPhillipShow_
With the wait, I thought he got Stabbed in Scotland.😂
Brilliant start, someone having a number 2.
This one should be entertaining. Welcome to the UK 👌
How embarrassing... i was born in London but its just a shit hole now, rich get richer by scamming the poor...
Full tears at that part 😂😂😂
My Papa was born in Kirkcaldy. My grandma was born in another area of Fife. Both of my grandparents came to Australia, NSW in 1959. Keen for this one!
Super excited to watch this next episode Spanios - Grew up a few towns away, and went to Balwearie High School in Kirkcaldy. Now living in Brissy and am feeling so invested in this episode. This whole tracing your Heritage adventure has been completely epic so far 👌
Stayed it Scotland all 30 of my years bro and I've never seen a spider like that that's definitely somebody's escaped pet tarantula 😂
Lmao this is exactly what I thought too😅 funniest shit ever. When he said it looked like a cat sitting outside the house lol
Defo someones pet, i couldn't believe it and whats the chances of this mad aussie discovering it.
Maybe it's the climate changing 😅🤔 duck seeing that in your house I'd move out 😭
Love it mate. Whether your from the other end of the world but we all are one. Take care brother thanks for coming home 💚
It’s been like a week since any new videos brah.. I just realised I think I have a Spanian addiction 😂
This series I have been loving. Thank you Spanian. These have been so good. Hope everyone has loved them as much as me ✌🏽
I definitely have loved every second. Not sure how long he can keep it up though, too many people recognise him, he might have to hire security which would probably make him feel a bit pompous.
Mate, this is wild! I'm from Edinburgh and watched you for a few years now! Love to see you in my homeland! Much love g
Fun fact: the pink McLaren has been sat in that spot outside the St. Pancras hotel for four years. Owner is a well to do business man who moved into the hotel during the pandemic and never left!
Someone back me. No tarantulas in Scotland. Trust Spanion to spot the alien spider.
😂 where the heck did that come from
bro tried to get free i think rip
Of course there is tarantulas in Scotland what do you think keeps the wild haggis population down?
Every time he walked into the bushes and off the path cracked me up at the paranoia of seeing another one.
Wtaf! That has to be the biggest spider I've ever seen in Scotland.. that is nuts 😮😮
What minute is the spider at ?
This is the first 3 hour vlog I've ever watched! Spanian has amazing skills to keep us watching for so long and wanting more 😎 ❤👍
Absolutely class episode. Loved learning about your family heritage and seeing you in the UK where I was born but lived half my life in Syd and Briz. All parts of the UK and Ireland drive on the left btw!
Welcome to the club lad. Excited for this episode. Would love to see an entire UK series, things are very different here. I was born here, spent a year in NZ, a few months in Germany/France, and 7+ years in Australia. We share so much culture, but we're so different at the same time.
Nice video mate. I moved back to Europe about 6 years ago after growing up in Oz and born in England, to discover my roots I knew very little about. I like the way you just travel and take it as it comes, just bare minimum planning, single bag and enjoybthe surprises as they appear. Great format👌👍
...You're correct about the Dutch word "zuid" meaning south, which is indeed being used for the designation of boroughs and neigbourhoods. The Dutch words for the four wind
directions are as follows:
North - Noord
East - Oost
South - Zuid
West - West
It's wonderful to notice you've had a great time visiting Nederland.
We don’t get spiders like that in England in trees lol it’s a pet that’s unfortunately been splattered.shame she was beautiful ❤
Going to be so trippy seeing Spanios walk the streets i grew up in 😂 - love your vids lad lets OG
amazing mate, been watching your vlogs for years and then you turn up 30 miles south from me in Dundee...brilliant
I watch the whole show with a smile on my face continuously 😊 like you are telling me personally a story! ❤ Luv it!
Popcorn and drinks waiting - Looking forward to watching , these series Spanian ( I always thought Spanian was mixed for Spanish and Australian) such an inspiration ❤
WELCOME HOME LAD.....
Im half Scottish and half Welsh. I lived in South England 🏴 all my life. Can't believe you didn't think you'd need a jacket visiting us! 😂
I love your journey, and I've been looking forward to this episode.
Poor lad. England’s a shithole
England is a failed society now a days
South UK is nice
London and other major towns like birmingham are failed society indeed

Well done england
I'm loving this series because I'm putting finishing touches on my own trip like this through Ireland and Scotland.
That spider isn’t native to Scotland bro, it’s too cold have animals like that, it’s most likely someone’s pet that has escaped
What minute is the spider at ?
Yes, part three has arrived. These vlogs are the best brother. 💯🙌✌️
Kirkcaldy is IN Fife, the county. Well, it's actually known as the Kingdom of Fife. It's an area comprised of many towns, Kirkcaldy being one of them
Wow, it's so cool that you're coming home! I've grown to appreciate you as a person through your content. Over the months, by seeing the world through your eyes, I've realized we are all quite similar and share the same dreams.
“It’s like Australia but with more Africans” 😂 spot on
Bro I hope u passed by Newcastle on way to Scotland I’ve been asking u for agesssss… You need to see the ( Tyne Bridge ) you will spin out as it looks like the Sydney bridge they are somewhat connected.. deffo come to Newcastle bro ❤
He’s back lad 😎

You definitely missed out not stopping at Edinburgh and the wall you were talking about , HADRIAN,s wall ,

By the way
I love your pronunciation of Ireland
😂❤

Agh agh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 fucking hilarious

Be Very proud of your Scottish heritage of the Black Watch they are still classed as the bravest hardest proudest respected unit in Alba
This is what I've been waiting for.. now I'm happy I'm excited can't wait 🤗 🥰😊
Hey brother, absolutely loving these longer videos but especially this one. I was born in Kirkcaldy as well and have grown up in Leven which is a 10 minute drive along 1 road. I wish I knew you were coming here before I seen your insta posts I would have been looking for you haha
And Templehall is definitely the closest thing you’ll get to the hood in Kirkcaldy 😂
Real cool to follow your journey through finding your ancestors' towns of origin. I'm born in France, lived in the UK a big part of my life and also travelled A LOT through Spain, Belgium and Netherlands, so all those places have something I can relate to too. This makes it a fun watch and something more original than visiting hoods and trying foods. Great work.
Got all excited. Then realised gotta wait a whole day 😂😂
We drive on the left mate.its the steering wheel that tells you.
Aren't most cars in the UK right hand drive
They drive on the left so the steering wheel is on the right
As an Aussie I love Scotland, my wife is from there her family is spread out from Barra in the west, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Kelso and London. Its a prick of a
flight but worth it!
I can't wait ! These have been great to watch

My mother was born in England and so was I. However, her mother was born in Ireland, but her mother was Spanish and her father was Italian. My mother’s father was born in Nigeria and my father was born in Uganda. Migration is what gives people their citizenship, but doesn’t mean their blood is actually of that country. A fact only realised in my forties.
Luved this spanian watched it with my older brother both born in Scotland could’ve watched it for 3 more hrs. Luv your work son !!!!
Spanian rocking up to my home town Kirkcaldy is wild 😂
History is crazy we moved around more back then because of hardship . God bless you brother 🙏🏿
If Spanian's in London, I'll be going to see him!!!
Really enjoyed watching this.
Well done cuz!
Here's an explanation for the DNA split regarding your lack of French DNA: While you inherit 50% of your DNA from each parent, the specific genes passed down aren't guaranteed to come from a particular grandparent. For example, your Mother can be 50% French and 50% Scottish - when you inherit half of your DNA from your Mother, the half of her DNA she passes to you could theoretically contain only Scottish DNA leaving no French DNA to be inherited.
or there was a mix-up of babies at the hospital and Spanian's great grans took home the wrong baby?...or maybe's "French" great grandmother wasn't as French as she thought?.....or the Spanian's grandmother was adopted?
Those dna n me things are mainly shit
@@GreenIslandWoodworks
More likely than not.
Also people in ireland who have the fitz prefix in surname, fitzgerald, fitzsimons etc..are anglo norman ,originating from france.
I could've happily watched another 3 hours of this! Last video was emotional at the end, this one was really funny throughout 😅
Can't wait to see the Irish episode!! wonder does he know his last destination is known as "stab city" 😂
London is no example of England at all. It’s became third world unfortunately. Check out the Lake District, Cornwall, Northumberland next time you’d have loved the scenery mate
There is a reason, why it doesn't feel or look English (or at very least European). I recommend everyone "Europa the last battle" 12h documentary. Cheers!
Cornwall? The same Cornwall where there is a high homelessness rate and not affordable to live for the locals even though there are next to no immigrants? 98 percent white county.? Northumberland! lol cold and boring . What will you do there after 7 days ? You are a deluded Twerp. Is immigration out of control? Absolutely!!! But that's not the reason for the decay in Britain. Vast northern cities and town are all run down because there are no industries anymore. That has nothing to do with immigration. You are just a bigot
It is literally one of the wealthiest cities in the world what are you talking about
@@jmccann2368 yeah for the 1% it’s a cushty place to live. Open your eyes man
Hello Spanian, from “Edinbruh!”. I was born in Glasgow. But was raised and grew up in Sydney when I was 2 years old and lived and worked all over Australia got 40 years. Been back here for 5 years now.
This is going to be a good one to watch what Spainian makes of the lion's den that is old London town

I like and notice timid shy people too. They are the opposite

So glad you got to do this man!!!

A man who lives in London long enough becomes tired of life itself you mean lol
The spider is a Chilean rose genus shell. It was a pet that shed its skin and someone must have chucked the skin. they shed when they grow. not native.
Please re-upload a day in the life food truck 2, it got took down before I could watch it.😢
Can confirm the UK drives on the same side of the road as Australia and we definitely don’t have wild tarantulas 😂 I reckon that was in your luggage with you lad

Big marn!!
I'm from Edinburgh and still live here been watching you for a good 1-2 years looking forward to this video
Next time you visit lad, just avoid London completely (it’s failed as a city) and head up north and have a wonder. up north head to the small towns and villages to get a sense of what England really is. Visit parts of the Lake District, The Peak District, York with rich Viking heritage, old streets dating back a 1000 years. Visit Bath with all its Roman heritage, just to name a couple.
Experience all the weird accents we have which would blow your mind how differently people speak in different towns. I can travel as Little as 5-10 mile from where I live and our accents change massively.
Also there a hell of a lot of hoods/gangs/ government housing in every town.
It would surprise you.
I can’t wait to see this vlog to see your view on UK as a whole and I know it was a fly by visit but if you delve deeper into the culture you’ll have an amazing time.
"Ditto"
Yeah south of the UK, especially London, is not a good representation of the UK. North of the UK is the best. The South and the people that come from it like London are hated throughout Britain for a reason.
As a British/Australian I felt quite honoured to see how excited you were to be in my family’s hometown of London. Blessings Anyos 🤙🏼
Welcome to the UK hahaha. Don't worry about the dress code like you sometimes do haha you'll fit in bro😂😂
