This all makes sense now. The depressed position you display in the video I always thought of as a shoulders rolled forward position which it isn't! When doing dips I was always trying to retract my scap fully which was causing shoulder elevation and giving me pain in my shoulders. Thank you so much!!

I've never stretched the muscle fully as they say joints... But then my joints have become stuck. Now I'm doing full range my joints have actually started working again
I got a light inflammation from 15 ring dips - last rep :/. Normal Dips and ring are still good. But my weighted dip decreased by 20 kg. What should i do?
Would you say it’s better to focus on end range with very light weight and slowly progress weight, or rather start with less range with medium weight and slowly progress range of motion?

I started feeling it when i do chest exercise and parallel bar dips

I cut dips out my shoulders just don’t like them oh well
My left biceb start hurting when doing dips
Pulled my chest for the second time doing dips so now I can’t do arms an chest for at least a week 😒
I will kick parallell bar dips out of my life, I used to do straight bar dip without any problems, one time I do parallel I get injured
