    This all makes sense now.
    The depressed position you display in the video I always thought of as a shoulders rolled forward position which it isn't!
    When doing dips I was always trying to retract my scap fully which was causing shoulder elevation and giving me pain in my shoulders.

    Thank you so much! I know exactly what I'm doing wrong now. I hunch my shoulders a bit when I come down to the bottom. That's why my sternum is so dang sore.

    I've never stretched the muscle fully as they say joints... But then my joints have become stuck. Now I'm doing full range my joints have actually started working again

    even after months my sternum still pains sometimes working shoulder mobility and slow proper reps helps

      I cut dips out my shoulders just don’t like them oh well

    Pulled my chest for the second time doing dips so now I can’t do arms an chest for at least a week 😒

    I will kick parallell bar dips out of my life, I used to do straight bar dip without any problems, one time I do parallel I get injured

    Usually in the last 1-2 rep of a hard set i lose depression a little bit, is that a big problem ?

    I got a light inflammation from 15 ring dips - last rep :/. Normal Dips and ring are still good. But my weighted dip decreased by 20 kg. What should i do?

    Can we experience same pain due to crunches. Bcoz it's day 2 after I attempt crunches. And feeling pain in sternum at center of chest

      i also feel it when doing crunches but mostly from doing weighted dips, idk whats the solution here but i love doing em :/

    Would you say it’s better to focus on end range with very light weight and slowly progress weight, or rather start with less range with medium weight and slowly progress range of motion?
