I think I have been making some of these mistakes, I'll give these tips a try. The ability to do dips would make things a lot better for me at the calisthenics park I like to work out at.

And for back shoulder pain? Any advices?

I was doing a lot of these mistakes on the parallel bars. I will kip in mind to look straight ahead or up, avoid leaning forward by keeping upright position, keep my wrist as close as possible to shoulder.
Personally I won't try to get upper arm/humerus parallel to the ground due to minimal flexibility; I will opt to dip low enough to feel a stretch but not too close to 90 degree as I feels risky and I no longer feel control of my weight at that point

I'm over 40 years old. I strap my wrists now before doing Dip's now. You start getting repetitive strain in the joints.

Non lifter telling you from zero lifting experience. When I lean forward my shoulders feel great.. which is the opposite of what he's teaching.

Then you shouldn't be advocating what works for you since you have no idea what even works for you. lol.

Why do this on rings when the majority is on a dip platform in the gym

When doing dips with no extra weight, I tore the labrum partially off the bone and tore it in half! I've had surgery on it twice, it will never be the same. There are much safer exercises.

That’s tough currently I’m doing weighted dips

Easy, dont do them! There are plenty of other exercises out there that can build chest/tri,s that don't put your shoulders at risk like this.
