I started doing 10-min non-stop runs around 4 months ago. I could perform 180 bpm for 10 minutes, 190 for 5 minutes, 200 for 1 minute now I can go for 190 bpm 10 minutes, 200 4 minutes. Every 3-4 day I notice slight stamina build-up. Your youtube guides realy helped, though going for 30-minutes looks scary, must try such grinding😡
