    Amazing looking trains, great weathering. I would like to have seen more of each consist, most stopped before the rolling stick entered the frame. Very entertaining though. Thanks. 😉

    What a treat! Your videos always give me my Rock Island fix. All of the consists look great and are weathered just right. I don't model R.I. but the yellow and red paint scheme is my all-time favorite. It's because of this I currently have 3 or 4 units to run on my layout just because.

    i love seeing the different locomotives and the weathering that you have done to them. It's interesting to see how the engines become stained by the elements. Especially this time of year when the grasshoppers, spiders and cicadas create a black smear on the pilot sheets, snow plows and safety appliances. railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=318598

      SouKan Angling: For some reason your comment did not show up on this thread; therefore, I copied/pasted your comment as noted above. I appreciate your comments and I really like the photo you attached of E6 628 at Amarillo, TX. You're right, the front of locomotives take a pretty good splattering from all the insects and elements. Thank you for watching! Mike

    Hi Mike, Love your videos. Are those C-430 Centuries some of the ones that were ordered but never delivered? They look good in that scheme! :-) Best, Andy K

    • @rimodeler7963
      @rimodeler7963  2 года назад

      Hi Andy - Yes, it is alleged that the Rock Island placed an order for 10 of the C430 locomotives but the order was never fulfilled. I appreciate your comments! FYI, here is a link to a video I made of the C430s operating on my layout: ruclips.net/video/3xvAusiAnyU/видео.html Thanks for watching. Mike
