I used that video for motivation, cause i want so much do and can... play the guitar, contorion, gymnastic, understand read, speak and write russian and english(mabye korean) i want take a ,teakwondo, capoeira, karate, aerialhoop and that rope version? hour, (maybe i become in a year or so a piano, and then i want learn the piano)(i dont know how it called in english)... so i try strechting hard every day , and learn english and russian (im not good at russian) a bit every day(but more russian), pratice gymnastic a bit in the day and learn guitar a bit too. (im from germany if sombody read please can you explain me what the different between well and good is and where i used well and good ( you can explain in english ). So you can see if i give up (i hope im never gonna give up so...) And ya how you can see is that a lot of things that i want and will learn. P.s i coby that cause i dont want that the original is gone when the other video is away? Day 1: it's night, i have a bit practice cartwheel on both side (On the day) Now im starting Strechting the splits 20 minutes, the middle split 10 minutes and the back 10 minutes, its hard but im gonna make it. Okay im written to much.
