I agree in everything you’re saying. This is what Eurovision needs to keep it fun and entertaining, a good song that makes you smile especially in todays world!
Henri Piispanen is a voice actor and a host. He is best known for his voice acting in Paw Patrol as Chase. Over ten years ago he hosted a television program for the youth called Summeri (Buzzer, but referring to the program shown in the summer). So he has probably interviewed artists. He is also the vocalist-bassist of Finnish band called Pasa. Windows95Man (Teemu Keisteri) has studied photography but since then has become more a visual and video artist. While he also makes music as a DJ. The song No Rules is a collaboration between the two and producer Jussi Roine. And none of them are very well known in Finland as recording artists. Windows95Man had released one single before this entry (not really sure about that whether or not if it is the only one, but definetely he is not known as a recording artist). Well.
No Rules! is actually his first single. Henri was only brought in to do the demo of the song, and even said he wouldn't perform it live. After the demo had been finished, Teemu couldn't find a willing artist who could hit the high notes as well as Henri could, and so he was convinced to sing the final version
Windows95man fits perfectly to the Swedish steretypes about crazy partying (British style) Finns. You’ll probably find a real-life W95M after-partying at a Mediterranian Scandi resort morning Zumba with Swedish & Norwegian moms.
This wasn't the song I voted for, but I was hoping for this to win. I love to hear you say this is a very Finnish song despite of the lyrics being in English, because that was exactly what I thought. This song is fun, it's catchy, and the lyrics actually have a pretty good message. The love performance took this to a new level, and once again, we have a song people either love or hate, but are sure to react to.
The funniest thing is that the eurovision fans like to put this last on their top videos. I can’t understand why 😂😅 This is the funniest performance I have ever seen and also the song is not bad.😮
by far they deserved to win - 💛💚💙💜 from the 1st piano notes... I started 2 love it - it brings us back into a good time - when everything was funnier... no war... no pandemia... aso... 80,90ies were the best...
On the surface this seems like just another chaotic funny-song on stage on first watch, but the staging actually has so many clever details (easter eggs 😄) and everything is quite well planned. Windows95man is just artist name he has had for a long time and has nothing to do with the song really. And his "brand" is kind of that shirt and jeans (which is why everything is covered in denim). And the song has important message too, "do not care about what others say about you and do what you want to do". That egg could refer to the birth of the world in Finnish mythology and he is born from it in the beginning. Which is why he doesn't have pants at first and then gets them on later. We had shirtless men for two years in row so why not pantless one too. The ropes that bring down the pants are eagle-shaped (there are eagle sounds in the song). Also the dancers/the one audience person are intentionally blocking the view to his legs untill he gets the pants, and that really requires precise camera work. And the "no rules" does not really refer to being pantless, but instead to when he talks to that "director" person and throws away the papers and then starts playing with the pyros when he gets his pants. For me the song is good and very catchy (and one of the best songs chosen for Eurovision so far this year), but its one of those songs that some people are just going to hate 🤣. I voted for Sara Siipola -Paskana, but she did not sing very well live so i can see why this won instead of it. This is not really Käärijä copy, its more of a big middle finger to Sweden and juries from Finland 😎.
Thw other guy is Henri Piispanen. For me he is known to be voice actor on mostly on kids cartoons. I only learned at umk he do music as well. Fun fact he was supposed to be singer only for demo version but some reason or another producer didn't find or looked other singer for this song.
The UMK show was so entertaining this year, well done YLE! I love how people are interested in eurovision in a totally different way than ever before in here. I was totally not going to vote for Windows95man before I saw the performance, but that was just so perfect. And the same thing happened with most of the people I talked with 😅 we are surprised to love this!
I voted for Sara & Paskana, and as it was the clear favourite, was also confident it will win comfortably, also being by far the best performance & staging IMO, it was simply breathtaking! And would've been our best chance to do really well at ESC. So was devastated & heartbroken when it didn't, and this charade won instead, as was everyone I know... But now I'm slowly starting to see some good points in this - yes, it's fun & cheerful, with great staging (though they will have to change it somewhat for ESC, reportedly). :)
This editing and video format was absolutely amazing! ❤ Also, absolutely loved your reactions 😊 ps. some of the public votes were affected (why some got a bit more or less than seemed fair) by their careers star power or negative precognitions

I just came home from watching the semi finals preview, and let me tell you, the energy in the arena when they came on was everything! They have the audience on their side
I just found that comment under another video and I think it helps a lot to understand the wonderful craziness which you just witnessed. 😄 "This song is an anthem for being who you are 🎉🎊 Love the message and also how it combines the Finnish Kalevala where the world is created from the eagles’ egg, In the stage performance the singer Henri represents the eagle (see the similarity of the movements and the clothing) and the Windows95man is born (as all humans) naked only wearing Kalevala inspired boots. The stage coordinator tries in the middle of the song give the rules to our hero but he puts the instructions flying in the air. He wants to be free and who he is despite what the others try him to be!" Have fun with it 😊
YOU ABDOLUTELY NEED TO WATCH KÄÄRIJÄ AND ERIKA VIKMAN’S PERFORMANCE OF RUOSKA AT UMK!!! Not only is the live performance incredible but the song is so good too!!!
haha, this is a banger, my guilty pleasure from Finland this year! has probably accounted for a couple of hundred plays in recent weeks. My favorite was Cyan Kicks, Windows95man at number 2. But listened to the live performance about 30 minutes ago after work, they have a job to do vocalwise before the semi, that's for sure 🎊 Its craazyy its paaartyy🤣🎤 Love from Norway 🇳🇴
the other guy (Henri Piispanen) is a finnish voice actor and he has dubbed for example Nick Nelson, Lloyd from ninjago and that police for from paw patrol
Noosh101 love you for your happy reaction. Isn't this what Eurovision should be about, a fun carefree 3 minutes. I mean if I could visit the Eurovision arena I would want to have a happy time with a drink in my hand and be entertained by fun happy songs, the drama of life will still be there outside waiting when the Eurovision is over. The United Kingdom was the only jury in UMK that gave 12 points to this entry, they at least got entertained 🙂. No offence to all those entries with perfectly arranged songs and flawless voices, but are they fun or just "how it must be" entires. I will watch Eurovision from outside a drink in my hand and tell myself, life is for this moment an egg covered in denim and there are No Rules!!!
They will need to go big on the Eurovision stage. At least 50 dancers in denim shorts. 500 bouncing laser beams, which will blind the audience for two hours. Pyro that will set Göteborg on fire. The egg's got to explode in the end and cover everyone in yolk. The irony is that there's probably some Eurovision rules, which prohibit doing that.
I was honestly disappointed about Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu this year, as songs weren't as good as they've been in 2020-2023. Didn't watch final. But this spectacle brought moments of joy and while it will never win Eurovision 2024 - it certainly will bring many moments of laugh and joy around Europe. So go Windows95man!
Last year we had a shirtless guy in the show and this year a pantless. Maybe in 2025 we go full naked? 😂It would be really amazing if these guys make it all the way this year!
The world egg, cosmic egg or mundane egg is a mythological motif found in the cosmogonies of many cultures that is present in Proto-Indo-European culture. Typically, the world egg is a beginning of some sort, and the universe or some primordial being comes into existence by "hatching" from the egg. So, now we have witnessed hatching of "Windows95man" into existence. Cannot take part in evaluating significance of aforementioned event, does not compute. Like Noosh101 though, opinion taken into consideration and appreciated, no rules. Have a nice day.
i dont understand why people kept saying that Finland won't qualify. Hot take: They would, they are in the second half of the semi and their performance is just too wacky to be not noticed by viewers. I can't say they would get good result in the Grand Final tho
People are probably too salty about their favourite not winning, so they can't really accurately judge this song. So far there seems to be no other country with a similiar song/performance and there's actually a reason why this won after everyone saw the live performance, so I think it's actually unlikely to NQ (we'll see what other countries choose tho)
Henri needs bit of harder exercise in coming weeks for not being so out of breath. It's really, really hard to dance, move and sing and fast pace. His voice is good. Käärijä had same problem but his stage was so insane that it forgave a lot.
"Paskana" means literally "as shit" although it is not used in that meaning for obvious reasons. We got different shit now. Enjoy, Europe & Australia 😂
Madam you got the best reaction videos. Hope you will become megapopular like you deserve! The "is he naked" comment is what they clearly wanted. To catch viewers full focus on the show. Nasty trick, but smart!

Fun and catchy song🤩Finland is good this year🥳😍
the singer Henri piispanen is actually voice actor in the finnish version of paw patrol
I LOVE your reactions, they are so authentic! ❤☺ 4:25- 😆
This editing and video format was absolutely amazing! ❤
Also, absolutely loved your reactions 😊
ps. some of the public votes were affected (why some got a bit more or less than seemed fair) by their careers star power or negative precognitions
love your react!
Thank u for appreciation love the song sooo much its my fav from the 12 soo far and for all saying Sara was Roobed she CANT Sing live ….. she failed they deliverd
I just go crazy watching your reactions again and again!
I just came home from watching the semi finals preview, and let me tell you, the energy in the arena when they came on was everything! They have the audience on their side
This is perfect and I voted for them 🔥 Henri’s vocals 😍😍😍😍
YESSSSSSSSS ❤ Let's party 🕺
This so hilarious, I can not stop smiling, liveshow was iconic, I support this absolutely
Salty Sara fans are so beautiful to watch right now.
FOR REAL HAHAHA
they are too serious about this, I saw literally some be like "I HATE FINLAND" like it is not that serious xD
I was 100% team Sara before but these live shows changed everything! I voted for W95man😅
based frog
Based.
I just found that comment under another video and I think it helps a lot to understand the wonderful craziness which you just witnessed. 😄
"This song is an anthem for being who you are 🎉🎊
Love the message and also how it combines the Finnish Kalevala where the world is created from the eagles’ egg,
In the stage performance the singer Henri represents the eagle (see the similarity of the movements and the clothing) and the Windows95man is born (as all humans) naked only wearing Kalevala inspired boots. The stage coordinator tries in the middle of the song give the rules to our hero but he puts the instructions flying in the air. He wants to be free and who he is despite what the others try him to be!"
Have fun with it 😊
In Finnish mythology, the world is born from the seven eggs of a goldeneye bird.

❤❤❤❤❤❤thanks for your reaction, from Sweden
the other guy (Henri Piispanen) is a finnish voice actor and he has dubbed for example Nick Nelson, Lloyd from ninjago and that police for from paw patrol
🇫🇮❤️❤️❤️
Great🎉🎉🎉🎉
I think we can say that Finland have really found there thing! First Käärjää and no this!
Hi! I was wondering if you could please show your reaction to Käärijä's interval act if you recorded it. Thanks
Can you put your reactions to the interval acts, please? Especially KUUMAA and Benjamin & Käärijä and Erika Vikman! 😊
Last year we had a shirtless guy in the show and this year a pantless. Maybe in 2025 we go full naked? 😂It would be really amazing if these guys make it all the way this year!
Finland 2025: Welcome to My Sauna (performed in the nude). Absolutely family friendly 😂
Henri Piispanen (the vocalist) sang much better in the winner's encore, I'm sure he'll be perfect in Eurovision :)
Have a nice day.
i knew i could trust you
I LOVE this reaction! Most of the fandom are hating on it but it was a strong song from the start!
“Strong song” what is strong bout it? xD its soo generic lol
good song good perfomance! go Finland !
Wonderful. 😆👏👏👏👏👏👏
The lead singer Henri Piispanen (Red suit) was singing in Finnish version of Tripla Paw Patrol 😊
The show was 🔥🔥🔥
I voted Windows 95 man. Suprise also for myself😮
Right choice 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Good luck Finland 🇫🇮 xx 💋
No, wrong choice!
Paskana would’ve been the right choice
i dont understand why people kept saying that Finland won't qualify.
We need Bill Gates to bring his pants to the stage in Malmö!
The singer is Henri Piisinen, a voice actor.
Henri Piispanen
Henri Piispanen is a voice actor and voice of Chase in Finnish Paw Patrol..
Windows 95 startup sound being played again.
Henri needs bit of harder exercise in coming weeks for not being so out of breath. It's really, really hard to dance, move and sing and fast pace. His voice is good.
Käärijä had same problem but his stage was so insane that it forgave a lot.
Get your W95 shirts before the prices skyrocket
I have My own 😊
This is not excellent - it's EGGcellent 😁
God im so disappointed Paskana didnt win, everything was so magical
@@severk5774 idk it didnt really come across to me that way, regarding the staging it fit the lyrics and style perfectly
FIY: your pronunciation of Melodifestivalen was spot on 👍😎
Fun song🎉. Interesting choice😊
Were my personal ESC WINNERS!!!
☝️🥳
This will be black horse when it comes to public votes in 1st semifinal 😮😮
