- This is so fascinating to watch how the traditional bread in Iran makes in bakery. Both types makes in their unique way and taste different. This delicious and unique bread is baked on lots of hot pebbles (small rocks) inside the oven. Iranians call pebbles “sang,” so that is why this Persian bread is called Sangak.
Barbari bread (Persian: نان بربری) is a type of yeast leavened Iranian flatbread. It is one of the thickest flat breads and is commonly topped with sesame or black caraway seeds.

by the way DIZI is the stone, or clay or other material ,that we cook the food in it ,but the food itself is called ABGOOSHT, people mistakenly call it DIZI!
you can cook other food in DIZI too
and you can cook ABGOOSHT in different cookware
