I wasn't making any excuses, I was simply stating the potential backlash that girl may have due to her flip phone. It's sad that some children can be so vicious towards others due to what they lack but unfortunately, there's a great possibility that she may endure it. If her mom is going to go the flip phone route, she must be prepared to have the bullying conversation with her. In a perfect world, yes, children will be more empathetic towards others but since we're definitely not in one, the message is important but it's also important to be prepared.
Why and how? It's only for emergencies and to text her friends. She isn't getting a phone for fun tho...kids are messed up but today they're alot more smarter than u realize.
