She could just buy healthy food her child only eats what is in the house or what her mom buys, so she has to have healthy food and portions. her mom has to teach her to take care of her health she does not have to tell her she is fat because that is hurtful and some people take things harder than others.

4 months is too young to leave a baby! He should be breastfeeding. From birth to age 5 are crucial for development. Leaving at this age will lead the baby to feel he can't trust you on a deep level. He'll be dealing with that for life. Dr. William Sears/Le Leche League. Attachment style parenting.
JM JT My sis left her 2 month old with me for a weekend to go out with her husband. It’s not that serious. The baby was fine but my sis kept calling every 4 hours or so.
