Nice looking apartment, but agree with you about the need for a stairgate for any age having a midnight wander!
@sanders2378 that was the only real issue for us, luckily the doors are quite heavy so our little one wasn't able to open them alone

Extractor fan switch above the bathroom door it noisy too
Yeah I discovered this afterwards 😄 like you say it's super noisy though, and it doesn't seem to be very effective 🙄

I mean considering u probably sepnd just sleeping time there and maybe a few hours in the day there its a bargain
Definitely a bargain, we spent from about 8pm onwards in the apartment as we have a 2 year old , but yeah you would generally only use it for sleeping anyway 😴
