Also he already tries to pander to her female audience, I don’t think anyone else does that to his extent. When a coworker or colleague is at odds with management or has disciplinary actions placed on them, the best thing for everyone is to keep their distance and let it play out. Life ain't the "block" or the "hood". I won't hold down a colleague who actively goes about violating the agreements they have with their employer. Flip cannot maintain any positive rapport with attractive females who work with him, because sooner or later the married man with three kids is going to cross a boundary that’s unbecoming of a married man. I see it time after time on his lives, if she’s attractive and Flip feels like he can’t manipulate her the relationship is going to go south eventually. Flip always expects loyalty from people while not reciprocating any of it on his end.
