I learned this song yesterday real fast, and i wanted to cover it on YT, but I don't have the gear or knowledge of how to do this yet. :( Took me about an hour and a half; I love when I can just learn a song by ear that easily haha.
Glad I found this though; great cover! I love this song so much! You did a great job on the cover as well; I could not get that post chorus (Bring up the dead man) synth part to sound right; tried it with a Wah, but it just sounded awkward lol. The cover sounds very good man! If you don't mind me asking, what gear and software do you use to record, film, and edit? I want to get into some guitar covers soon; like I said, I wanted to cover this so bad; I just don't have the dang gear yet. Subscribed!

Glad you enjoyed it! For the post chorus part I'm using a whammy effect set to 1 octave. To record the video, I used the camera on my phone, and for audio I used my POD HD500X into a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, straight into REAPER. After I recorded the audio I edited the video in the free version of Davinci Resolve, which is insanely good considering you don't have to pay anything for it. Hope this helped!

You must be auditioning to join skillet. Because that's a fairly good job right there, and a very shiny low E string. Oh and a shiny G string too! Kinda wish my electric guitar was in as good condition as yours, not used it for years.
Mostly used the synth and stuff for my own path of music creation.
Electric Fortress being one of the only performances I actually used my guitar in years xD.
