Enjoy the really small things that you see or do that day..And watch lots of video's that make you smile. It helped me a lot when I was down and undergoing my chemo therapy. You don't have to look fab every day, just make sure you smile every day a few times. When you feel happy for just a few minutes, the rest will follow

Lydia, try the Aquis hair turban. Using a bath towel for your hair is like doing the gardening after a manicure.
Shelley Kerr why is that? I use a normal hand towel but just to let it soak the water and don’t rub my hair with it
@@jenevievewallace7678 Hi Jenni, I would never have thought much about a towel but since discovering the Aquis and wearing it for 10 mins while I pooter around and do skincare, I'm now down to a 3-4 min rough dry. I also use the Dyson Supersonic and it has completely changed my hair texture. Its much softer and smoother now.
I am a hairdresser, and the aquis hair turban is good! The fabric of a regular bathtowel can be a little too harsh on the hair and cause damage. The best and cheapest things to use as a hair towel is an OLD COTTON T-shirt :)

Shelley Kerr we actually use Dyson in our salon but it’s a pro version, not sold in stores.. I think it’s awesome but the one u can buy on the market is not as powerful. But dyson really makes a difference anyway :)

I had the exact same experience with a taxi driver It’s so frustrating when your struggling with heavy bags. Luckily the majority of taxi drivers are great.

My skin really affected me too. Glad you are feeling better. I found that the thing that made the biggest difference was eliminating grains, sugar and dairy. Straight away my skin got better 😊

The hair spray will almost protect the hair just by coating it with the hairspray. I am a hairdresser and can say this from experience! Just saying... 😁
Hi Lydia, do you have naturally curly hair? I see some waves in there when it was wet. I feel like I have similar hair texture only curly but wondering if you have curls but keep it straight always.

Its the b12 injection you did that messed up the acne...same thing happened to me....and finally my detmatologist admitted there is research and evidence they are connected. I had to take antibiotics....and waited for b12 to get out of my system...

Mastick is a product in the Uk used to fill cracks like where the floor meets the wall or around the edge of the bath where it meets the wall etc

Lydia, love watching and have noticed your challenge with your skin. I invite you to watch Dairy is Scary on YT or Netflix. I found Dairy to be so wicked on my skin and when I stopped ( Yes, the cheese) my skin improved 100% and my hot flashes stopped. The hormones in dairy is through the roof. Good luck with that. Thanks for all the hours of enjoyment.
