Luckily in Doha, the sales person that i met last time was really nice, even though he knew that i wouldnt buy anything but he offered me more time to look around their shop and explained to me about some of their products 😊

I think it has to do with rise of social media. There is such a craze among people to acquire these brands, that they get away with higher profits on an inferior product.

I always wanted a classic Chanel flap but the price increases are ridiculous. No improvement in quality but the price always goes up! Thank you for your honesty on Retail, whether it’s Chanel, Dior, or Target.....I get exactly what you’re talking about! one of my young adult son’s, his Girlfriend asked me, if I ever have felt out of sorts, going into thee more upscale stores, mainly Las Vegas, as we travel there quite often, I said NO WHY THE HELL WOULD I? We are very middle class, we purchase lower end and higher end products, whether it’s perfumes, colognes, clothes, furniture, etc. She had a bad experience, she was treated in the same way as you were, I’m one to say something! It doesn’t matter where one shops, whether upscale or lower end! One should never get treated as a second, third class citizen! We had a friend who would loan his vintage plane, for “Old Time” movies, he personally knew people such as Elizabeth Taylor, anyway he was (since passed) he would dress in torn jeans, the comfiest dress down clothes ever, yet he was a multi millionaire twice over, the moral of the story is....Be very careful of attitude or talking down to others, as you never know who you are truly serving. If I’m on the hunt for a designer bag, someone ever treated me, in that manner, they would lose my business, it happened with Appliances not too long ago! I’ll get off my soap box now. LV associates treated me so poorly and didn’t even offer to help me. Approached people who had came in after me. I had to go up to an associate and show them which bag I wanted to order since it wasn’t in store. As soon as they saw I wanted to spend quite a bit they completely flipped their moods and said “oh you have good taste” when before they were just giving rude looks. I hate giving service to people who are so rude and make you feel little !! I wish we had some more stores in Indiana lol

My Lady Dior is my favourite from my collection too, it’s like a subtle laser cut floral (but classy). I was told only a few were brought into this country when I bought it, I have never seen another like it. I stopped buying designer bags when Instagram became a big deal, I guess they just lost their appeal to me. In my experience Dior sales associates are definitely the best. The store manager somehow remembered my name after 18 months... Louis Vuitton comes a very close second, although I just don’t like any of the bags they have at the moment.
Agree. Some people in high end stores are repulsive. Shame on Chanel staff. At the end of the day they are retail assistants. Not that there is anything wrong with that 😂

I had the exact same experience at Chanel when buying a bag at the Sloane street store, haven't bought Chanel since purely because of that. Yet at Dior the salesperson was above and beyond helpful and made it a really lovely experience.
Sick of people moaning about you “showing off” or whatever your bags. I personally don’t really have a passion for designer handbags (probably because I don’t own any haha) but STILL really enjoyed this video because of how much YOU light up when you talk about them. It’s truly inspiring to see how far you’ve come and even if you don’t want to do stuff in the exact same way as others people should see how it’s still inspiring to be so successful that you can treat yourself to the things you love be it bags or in my case overpriced gym leggings haha. ♥️
i so agree with you about Chanel store customer service. When i went to pick up a bag i put on hold, i really didn't like their service that i even thought about returning the bag. Such awful customer service experience. I did keep the bag and i love it but yeah, the service sucked.

I have to say I love both Dior and Chanel, but whenever I go into Dior I feel like I cant walk 2 feet without someone asking if I need any help because they are constantly trying to get a sale.
