Using Magnets to Hold Down Car Cover in Strong Winds

I put magnets on my car cover to hold it down when the wind gets really strong. Today we had pretty steady 30 - 40 mile per hour wind all day. I buy the magnets at Harbor Freight. They have a hook and are rated to hold up to 65 pounds. Cost me $3.99 for a pack of two magnets. I find that they workÍ› really well to secure the cover.
