To be honest, Apple Cider Vinegar rinse helped my hair a lot. It made my hair a lot shinier and soft. Seriously that was a game changer in my haircare routine.

How often do you use it? Once a week?
Deep conditioning mask and conditioners were always my favorite, it kind of relax me when I apply super creamy and hydrating conditioner one like little extra coco onion natural conditioner, gives me smooth and silky feel, kind of therapy. I always keep my hair hydrated and use leave in conditioners and oils for moisture lock. There hair oil is blend of many good oils and I use it in my various hair mask, works like magic.

Hello Preethi!! I had some questions. Firstly how do u style ur hair? And do u use something before heat treatment like a heat protectant? Because i style my hair with heat only once a week but still end up with sooo many split ends which leads to breakage.
Secondly do u suggest any salon treatments?

get a good shampoo to have a better healthy scalp. if you have dandruff, use ketaconazole shampoo weekly (for treatment). for other washing, use normal shampoo (no sls). the key to hair growth, not abt the shampoo. but pre-oiling 😊

use ACV everytime you wash your hair. if you wash daily, use it 2-3 weekly, try and error if its okay for you.

I started using sulfate free shampoos after watching your video bcoz you told that sulfates are harmful but my dermatologist told me to use sulfate shampoo to have a clean scalp and to prevent build up. So please don't just use whatever influencer is telling you to do. Do your own research before trying. Sulfate free shampoos have almost emptied my hair
I use SLS free shampoo. For me, SLS free shampoo is suitable for dry scalp. If you have oily scalp, you can use sls shampoo since it cleans your scalp better. for dry scalp, just wash your hair twice (shampoo) to remove build up. most sls shampoo contains more chemical, which is quite drying or not really make your hair healthy (thats why we need to wash our hair everyday). if our scalp is healthy, you can have gaps for washing days. like 2-3 times a weekwithout feeling really dry.

@@aisyhere You have dry scalp that's why it has suited you people like me who have oily scalp or live in hard water areas sulfate free shampoos will not work and that's why I'm saying not to use any product recommended by influencer and do own research first
