    Hey Preethi Dii, I remember watching loads of videos on YT 3 years back cuz of my excessive hairfall as a teenager who didn't had any idea about haircare. I did all the remedies which were suggested by other influencers and tbh that made my condition worst. I got so much depressed seeing hair in my food, pillows, clothes, thats when I came across your video where you gave such a great tips that today I've the most healthiest hair!!! People ask me to share my haircare routine with them but the key for that is right guidance, products and consistency. So glad to have a guide like you❤ Thankyousomucchhhhh

    Hi pretty Preethi
    First of all I love your refreshing vibe u send with your videos and all the food preps and promoting healthy lifestyle in simple way,though the tips are useful but I'd like to know apart from the oral haircare what are the internal things or supplements which worked as I do almost all the above mentioned things with little or no change its still the same thin hair and one more thing u looked like taksh when u wrapped up the hair with microfiber towel😜

    Can we use this oil for Alopecia?

    • @rabiafirozahmed2158
      @rabiafirozahmed2158 Год назад +1

      Hey! If you're having alopecia (like I do) try going to a good dermatologist (trust me it's worth it)
      They'll look at the condition of your scalp, if you've dandruff They'll first give you something to cure it and once done They'll give you MINOXIDIL[2% or 5%] to apply to your scalp and MASSAGE properly.
      Might give you some tablets to control the testosterone or a DHT blocker ( only if you're not having an active sex life - since these tablets interact with your hormones)
      They might give you Iron and/or Biotin tablets as well to fix deficiencies.
      Of course Step 1 is always to eat the right food and ensure oliling, massage, stop styling, blow drying or heating your hairs or even external factors like silk pillowcase and scrunchies etc.
      Another important thing is to WORKOUT (for increased blood circulationin your scalp) or do YOGA poses that especially aid in moving blood to your scalp (ruclips.net/video/_q00Sjh5RrQ/видео.html -- a video from FitTak YT channel on Yoga poses for hair growth)
      Also PRAY😁.
      All the best.
      (PS-Nothing is sponsored of course.. Just sharing things that helped me, may Almighty makes it easy for all of us.)

      You can always use a shower filter, it’s an attachment that you can fix in your bathroom. There are plenty of options available
