for the pastry cream:
520g milk (500mls / 2 cups)
125g unsalted butter (125mls / ½ cup)
40g corn flour (50mls / ¼ cup)
80g sugar (95mls / ⅓ cup)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5mls)
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (5mls)
choux pastry:
2 eggs
125g water (125mls / ½ cup)
65g plain flour (125mls / ½ cup)
50g butter (50mls / ¼ cup)
garnish:
200g biscoff spread
±16 biscoff biscuits
