You will need:
80g Digestive biscuits (about 5 pcs)
30g melted butter (2 tablespoons)
250g strawberries (keep 3 aside for garnish)
200g cream cheese (full fat)
190g double cream (200mls)
40g sugar (45mls)
Whipped cream:
95g double cream (100mls)
5g sugar (5mls)
vanilla extract (a few drops)
