Thanks for 3 more great Dan performances. His gorgeous voice, range, control, passion, and expressiveness are just stunning. I enjoyed all 3 of these, but especially My Immortal, which is one of my very favorites of his. The original is great, but he covers female-fronted songs so well, with so much fierce emotion and virtuoso singing. It’s obviously a song that affects people deeply; I’ve watched a number of reactors sob their way through it, including several men. Real emotion can be cathartic, so I hope it helped you remember your friend in a healing way.

I am so sorry for your sadness. That was a tough one to listen to under the circumstances. I appreciate all your choices in the video. Dan does more than justice to any song he covers. You really should check out Sleeping Sun. It is my favorite all time song by Dan, and that says a lot, because he has so many fantastic songs. I am hoping his new one drops this week, probably Valentine's Day or a little before. Thanks so much for reacting to Dan. I am really enjoying it.

Thank your for your wonderful reaction to Dan's videos. He is so talented and strong and emotional when he sings, Don't forget to play his outros. He doesn't do all the time but is shows another side to Dan. He is funny and cares about his followers and least we can do is allow to listen what he has to say. Hope to hear more from his catalog.

When Evanescence sings it, imo, it's just another pretty song. But when Dan sings it, not o ly is it beautiful, i feel reassurance from him. The way he emphasizes "all of me" at the end of "you still have" just really gets me. His heart was shredded, but his love is unconditional.
The other 2 songs were fantastic, too.
If you get the chance to play *A Tale That Wasn't Right* be sure to watch til he's finished speaking. Ok.

If you don't listen to his outros, RUclips algorithms doesn't give him credit for the view, and he doesn't get paid. That's why on his newer videos, he doesn't do them anymore.
I also understand that to be the reason.
Here’s how I understand it: RUclips won’t officially state how many seconds for it to count as a view. It’s generally understood that if a viewer plays the video for 30 seconds it’s counted as a view.
Not watching to the end may affect the algorithm because it indicates that a person lost interest partway through, so the algorithm might not suggest it to as many people as it would have if people were usually finishing the video. (This is something I heard but I have not seen anything solid from an authoritative source on it.)
People get paid when ads are watched for at least 30 seconds or the whole ad if it’s shorter than 30 seconds.
Dan talked about why he no longer does outros…he found that they were not good for when people were listening to playlists.
Great reactions. I do wish you wouldn't cut Dan off when he speaks at the end. You get an insight into his personality. He doesn't interact with fans as much anymore. Supposedly because of stalkers.
Someone said it’s because people watch his videos over and over and have heard the outtakes so many times that they cut it off and RUclips only pays him if the video is watched all the way through.
No supposedly about it! One woman actually figured out where he lived and moved across Brazil to his street. I do agree that the outros should never be cut, because when he did then, they were always fun and/or informative.

However, you deprived yourself and your audience of the full Dan experience by not showing the outros. All of the outros are there for a reason. I'm sad now.
I wish you wouldn’t cut off the out takes on his earlier videos. He shares a lot of himself on those out takes. They are very heartfelt and sometimes very funny. You should do the video where he sings the Star Spangled Banner and then immediately show his apology video. It’s not what you think, it’s hilarious and you get an idea of his personality.

Okay Karen, calm down. If you want to watch Dan's outros, you should just watch his page only. We like his music, I don't need to hear him speak about stuff that's already passed. But we also don't need to explain ourselves to you and how we run OUR channel. It's honestly a good thing that I've met so many amazing Dan fans, because if you were the first representative of him that I had seen, I would never listen to his music ever again. Fans are a reflection of the artist, if I were you, I would think about representing him a little bit better, you might end up turning people off. Dan seems like a really nice guy but I don't share the same obsession you do, and the fact that you thought it appropriate to come in our comment section and be a bish is crazy to me. You need to do better, before you start turning people off of him completely.
Two of these songs were extremely emotional for Carole, They moved her to the point of tears because she lost her best friend and her dog had just been put down and you're really going to sit here and bitch about us not listening to the damn outro? You should be ashamed of how disgustingly rude you are to people.
