Very dramatic singing style he has, almost too dramatic for my taste. Too little sensitivity too much drama and screaming, but that's my opinion. I have now listened a few of his covers, but they all sound quite over the top dramatic
Also The Last Goodbye, I See Fire, or even Faithfully (Journey). Nightwish songs are inherently very dramatic, but I feel that Dan brings to every song what it needs. It’s OK if you don’t agree, though. 😊
