Why is it when he gets low, dresses awful, doesn’t take care of himself, i take care of him. I come to him I try to build him back. But if I have a low moment I am just unattractive? That there is the fail. This is where I just no longer care.

And everything here, I've tried, even separated for 8 years, he begged me back, and so far, the past six years have been infidelity, after infidelity, he doesn't know why he does it, doesn't know what's missing in the marriage, doesn't know what's wrong, but nothing is wrong with me, promises to change, and before long back to the same pattern again. If I give space, I'm not trying to meet his needs so I find out about the next woman soon, if I don't give space I'm smothering so he goes to the next woman, if I leave him he swears he will change, but does the same routine, if I dress up I'm cheating, if I try something new in the bedroom I cheated to learn this, if I lose weight, go to a gym, start doing something for me I'm with someone else, even if I've invited him. He calls out everything he thinks is beautiful or sexy, in my face and in secret, in 32 years he never said anything about me like that, but if I'm looking in the direction of another man I slept with him already, or want to. I'm crazy I know, for loving someone so unlovable, and fighting for something that wasn't even mine to begin with.
I tried all of this and he just expects more. I never expect anyone to give back as much as i give, but an effort to try would make me very happy. Our birthdays past in the last couple months. He forgets after 18 years what kind of cake i like so doesn't bother at all. Next month is his birthday. I have his favorite cake. Some jewelry that he had been wanting. It wasn't expensive but i remember him talking about it, and a beach front rental for 3 days. It's crap and I do this for what reason?

His birthday was one month after mine and I got up at 6:30am, February, - 15C outside to go get his favorite cake and birthday card... I came home, prepared all and he just said that he will later look at it, want to sleep lil'bit more.. And always same, I'm trying and I have feeling that he would rather be alone, looking TV.. I don't know what happened because he was not so first 4 years, but last two I feel more alone with him than when I'm actually alone.. Openly talk to him without criticizing. Tell him these are your needs and you don’t feel like your cup is full. Then leave it open on the table for him to step up. Then forget it. Buy yourself the cake you like and schedule things you like. Maybe I’m missing the ball here but other people can’t love you unless you love yourself first. Or maybe worded different people treat you, how you treat yourself. Bring positivity you’ve got this!

Its not the weight because men cheat with fat women no problem. Honey, people will do what they want to do. You cant control it and you cant stop it. He gets to have an affair and your left with the consequences damned if you do and damned if you dont. It sucks im sorry for your situation. 😞

What do you do if you go through your husband's phone and see where he is texting other woman for sex while you're at work?
