- Happy New Year Everyone!!!! My lovely mother Rita came to Connecticut for the holidays so we HAD to film a fun video for you. To ring in the new year and celebrate the NEW KITCHEN we're showing you how to mix up some delicious champagne cocktails and rating our favorites. This was my mom's FAVORITE video ever 😂
By the by, my new kitchen is ALMOST done, we still need to do a bunch of finishing work and get those cabinet knobs installed, etc! I will be doing a full tour VERY soon so you can see the whole thing, drawers and all! Let me know what you'd like to see so I can include it in my tour!

Maybe after you've fixed the house to your liking, you can make a little dowager house in your back/side yard. That way, she can live there at least half the year and both of you can take weekends in Vermont.
I love this! She is such a supportive mother. This is a perfect example of how successful a person can grow up to be when parents are not hindering their child’s ideas and instead are supporting the growth of their art. John has grown up to be an amazingly talented guy because his mother didn’t get in the way of his visions.
Yes it looks like John was lucky enough to be raised in an emotionally healthy environment. If only everyone had that same privilege - imagine where we'd be as a world.........maybe we'd be similarly happy and healthy! Happy new year everyone. 😊🤗🥳
OMG his mother so adorable! So amazingly supportive, yet not getting in the way and trying to do everything for him. The more the two of them drank the cuter the interaction between the two of them became! It is so refreshing to see a happy and healthy relationship between mother and son!!

My favorite way to make mimosa's is to add a couple splashes of Solerno (blood orange liqueur) or any other orange liqueur, then add the oj and champagne

If you've ever seen the British series Absolutely Fabulous, third episode I think when they're in the winery and surrounded by empty bottles, pointing at them going "I like that one, that one and that one" eventually dissolving into fits of giggles .... that's totally how I see this playing out by the end of the day 🤣.
OK John, tell the truth. How long did it take you to carefully arrange the pots & pans on the back wall so that they would look natural? I've always known I was different from the herd and seeing this only reinforces that reality.
