the effects he throws on the beat with th SP near the end. How are those recorded? in audio I assume? How does he mix this with the track? Do you re-record the whole beat on a audio channel with the extra bits in it?
STLNDRMS, amei o visual do seu estúdio, brother! As plantinhas nos vasinhos passam uma sensação de frescor e vida, man!!!! Parabéns, garoto!!! O seu som, bem, o seu som, é muito bom também. Valeu, garoto!
Can someone explain his signal flow? He’s sending the entire mix through the SP404 then to the 303 and then back to the computer? What are these two sound cards he’s talking about?
I am looking at the APC40 sitting there not being used. I also have one, its a shame we cant yet midi map these controllers (or any) within Serato Studio just yet. One for the next update guys?
Third party MIDI controllers can be mapped in Serato Studio, just head to SETUP > MIDI. If you have any more questions please email us at support@serato.com :)
Nice percussion. And a very basic but good beginner daw. But for more indepth editing and possibilities to alter sounds I recommend every other daw on the market

It’s definitely on rhythm but off grid. He mentioned the melody being the thing that makes you want to rap but I’d also add that the beat does that also. It’s an acquired taste and not for everyone. It took me a while to fall in love with it.

Dope! I like to expand the step sequencer so I don’t have to click through the bars to edit.
I like the key changes at the end.
Fire tutorial. Peace and love

@@SeratoHQ Hi, I asked support and they told me it wasn't possible?
Wow
Living legend
Dope drums
💪
sick
Doesn't explain how he gets the kick to decrease the velocity of the sample whenever it hits. Would really like to know how that's done.
it’s just sidechaining
use the soft or hard sidechain effect and set the input to the kick drum. Boom! Waves!
Yooo stln giving us broke ass niggas sauce , respecc 💯💯
If i could somehow use this as a plugin inside my Ableton Live I'd buy Serato Studio
Maybe serato sample is more what you're looking for, worse case you could just export the stems into abelton

Very very dope beat, peace...
How do I ''deactivate" quantize on Serato Studio?
Disable Record Quantize can be accessed in the 'Edit' drop down menu in the top left corner of Studio.

Rap a verse you memorized to see if the beat is rappable. I usually do lil wayne a milli or Kendrick ignorance is bliss first verse
If Will Smith grew dreads he’d look like this guy
