@@leemacdonald6533that’s a good question, initial cost point is obviously good value v requirement, but it’s also the technology that these cars have we travelled down in an Audi RSQ8 and all the MG cars we drove on the day had near equivalent technology most of which were options on the RSQ8 with. Starting price of over 100k, fit, finish and luxury feel we’re no near as good but for the price point the MGs seemed solid cars at a very affordable price.

Agree about the indicators and I don't think the car needed gull-wing doors. It's a great looking car without those gimmicks.
The 2+2 GTS the one for me! Has both ingredients, chinese and electric plus a small back seat! The european, japanese and american future as car producers not too bright but when the robot taxis show up we can sit back and laugh at 0-60 times!
A good and varied mix of content Max. It’s a well rounded channel and as much as I’m not a fan of electric it’s good to see your opinions on them.
Thanks! I’ll admit I’d never buy an electric car, but I can certainly understand why they have their place in the market 👍
Great video, I like that grey with red roof. I tested a yellow GT model cyberster the other week for my channel. They are rapid!
Thanks! Glad to know you’ve been behind the wheel of one. I got pretty confused by all the screens.
@@DrivenPlus Yeah it took me a moment to get used to them all
Must say the value for money you get from an MG really makes it a serious contender in the market.
Value for money or initial cost?

I'm a 55 yrs old American who grew up lusting after European cars ....... Not anymore.
Good job these aren’t European cars then 👍
@@DrivenPlus hahahahaha
Chinese cars
you prefer a dodge that turns to a pile of rust 3 years after you buy it?
Comparisons to McLaren, Aston Martin, Audi etc. What rubbish.
Have a laugh
Compared to Mclaren, Aston Martin, Audi etc at 55 grand? For those of us that love convertables at an affordable price I have mine on order
:D :D interior looks like 80s cars
Cyberster is awful name. Cyberman + roadster? 🎉
