I use optimum nutrition protien powder becuase they got good flavors and it's not too expensive and with creatine just buy the cheapest servings to price ratio becuase they are all the same and with fish oils it's just a preference. But just choose the cheaper end and if you don't like the brand switch to another one.

Cod liver and mct is not better than fish oil. Its all about the dha and epa. Also, most cod liver oil on the market are synthetic.
