    I do creatine inside my protein shake and it’s worked wonders. I do peanut butter, 1 banana, 2 scoops of protein, with a cup and a half of almond milk, a half cup of oats, and a scoop of creatine, and finally ice. Amazing shake

    Note: Cod Liver oil & MCT oil is better than just fish oil. Remember food first for protein then supplement second. Add some Chia seeds to the protein powder too. Final thought, research the protein powder your interested in, many contain heavy metals even vegan powders. A little research will go along way. Manufacturers are cutting corners. Be safe.       Cod liver and mct is not better than fish oil. Its all about the dha and epa. Also, most cod liver oil on the market are synthetic.

      You don’t need mass gainer, as long as your dieting the right amount the foods/protein with a couple protein shakes , regular protein will be better . If you’re not putting on weight , than you’re not working out with enough intensity and consistency

    I just bought GNC's Men's Strength Vitapaks. Supposedly, the Creatine 189 they use is, as the name suggests, 189% more effective than creatine monohydrate. 1.25g is 189% more effective than 5g of creatine monohydrate. We shall see, GNC. Only on day 2.

      Take what? Protein powder? Yes. Keep in mind that if you just started lifting regularly you’re going to get pretty hungry. Drink lots of water and snack on cucumbers or other veggies to keep you full.

      Yup, the bigger you are, the more you take. I’m 14, 275 LB, I take around 2 shakes per day, as well as 2-3 scoops of creative per day. Rn I’m getting at a 360 LB bench.

      I use optimum nutrition protien powder becuase they got good flavors and it's not too expensive and with creatine just buy the cheapest servings to price ratio becuase they are all the same and with fish oils it's just a preference. But just choose the cheaper end and if you don't like the brand switch to another one.

    False, you don’t need any of these. Creatine can come from meat and other foods in your bodybuilding diet. Protein powder can ruin your digestive track that’s why it’s important to eat fresh made home foods to get your nutrients in more efficiently. Fish oil had been shown to cause drowsiness and zap strength lowering blood pressure and in some cases also causing anxiety in other people. Trust me I have taken a lot of things out there and have also worked for a gnc.

      @@chrislockmiller5968 Protein Powder is made from “Whey” Protein, an ingredient of cow’s milk which is isolated from the rest of the solution during cheese making, where it is dehydrated, flavored, and then packaged. By your logic, drinking ordinary milk will destroy your digestive tract since Whey is only found inside of Milk… nobody says you need creatine, it just improves muscle growth.
