False, you don’t need any of these. Creatine can come from meat and other foods in your bodybuilding diet. Protein powder can ruin your digestive track that’s why it’s important to eat fresh made home foods to get your nutrients in more efficiently. Fish oil had been shown to cause drowsiness and zap strength lowering blood pressure and in some cases also causing anxiety in other people. Trust me I have taken a lot of things out there and have also worked for a gnc.

Cod liver and mct is not better than fish oil. Its all about the dha and epa. Also, most cod liver oil on the market are synthetic.
