- Hey guys thanks for checking out the video this is my opinion on the two sunglasses and why I chose one over the other. I wanna make clear that both excellent sunglasses, I just have my own preferences and I hope it’s helpful do any of you guys out there shopping for a pair of Oakley ‘s.
Hey man how have they held up for you ? They’re very unique looking
The Flight Jacket never be so good for road cykling as the Radar Ev Path or Radar EV Advancer, becaus when you turn back or look to side the frame on Flight is disturbing the visibility. ✌🏼
That’s a good point!
Hi. What about Primz Trail Torch color of lenses for sunny days. Do you use them as well on such a a days?
I use them in pretty much every condition, but I’d consider myself someone who isn’t that sensitive to light changes. I rarely wear sunglasses outside of exercise.
@@nimbuscycles2354 Thank you! I am rather sensitve to light changes but i think I will take a risk. I hesitate between photochromic or prizm trail torch and I am rather for prizm because they bring more contrast :)
@@Dario871ify there are other lens in the range you can buy, it’s all about how my much light passes. Try the 20% prism road
Hey!!
I was wondering the fit of them.
Do you have the standard fitting or the lower bridge fitting aka asian fit?
regards
Hi, thanks for the question. I have the standard fit model. I do have a slightly larger nose bridge and wider face than some Asians, I believe I’m somewhere in the middle between Asian and standard fit. Occasionally I do wonder how an Asian fit pair would feel on my face, but overall standard fit works pretty well for my face. If your nose has a smaller arch than mine, it would probably be ideal to get Asian fit.
@@nimbuscycles2354 had oakleys before, but didn't know they had something like asian fit. Those Holbrook where slippery and the frame touched my cheekbones
Hmm, definitely sounds like Asian fit may suit you better. Note though that these glasses also come with a secondary nose piece that is a little thicker so it’ll sit a little further away from the noses (I believe), but if you can simply order from a place that will take returns maybe that’s the best way to determine fitment. I was at an Oakley store yesterday and didn’t see this style (there’s a chance I could have missed it)
@@yeahllowcow If the Holbrook's were slippery you can find nose pads on amazon, they'll probably push the glasses up slightly and hopefully help them stay in place as well. I just ordered some and hopefully they'll help with my reading glasses as I have the same trouble with the, slipping.
Never pay retail. You can buy Oakleys from factory distributors on eBay for 40% off .
Absolutely. There have been sites that also clear out their products, though sometimes I do question their legitimacy.. but so far no issues with others I’ve purchased at steep sale prices :)
Good review
Thank you!
