Glad the video was helpful! As for the mask, what do you mean by effective? In terms of filtering the air? You need to have the filter element for that. Which I don't use because it's mainly for prop use and I don't want to sound like Bane with muffled voice.. 🤣 You can check out the Oakley MSK3.
@@thesighbored hi, thanks for your reply 😊 Question : Is the film applied both on the inner and outer side of the visor or just the inner side of the visor? From what I can make out, it seems to be some kind of soft plastic material - so how long have you been using this ? Has it scratched up already ? I am just concerned about whether it will easily scratch up since it seems to be of soft plastic material.
@rabin_john It is installed on the inner side of the visor, exactly like how you would install an anti-fog Pinlock insert. The material is similar to that of the Pinlock anti-fog insert which is also some type of plastic material, so far it works fine, it won't scratch up unless you wipe it aggressively or with solvents. Just a clean cloth with water and gentle wipe is enough.

Thanks bro I have the clear ones I never knew they made these!!!!! I will be getting a few of these!!! I have a question I like that helmet what is it equivalent to here in America??? For reference I wear AGV and scorpion.
The earlier versions were on the outside of the visor so it needed to be a specific outer shape in order to be applied. This new version is just like any other anti-fog insert minus the need for Pinlock posts since it uses adhesive. In the video that is a KYT TT-Course model. If you are wondering about visor size, it is pretty standard size. These inseerts are usually designed a bit smaller than a model specific anti-fog insert because it is suppose to be able to fit onto most visors. AGV and Scorpion normal full face helmets should be fine. Maybe not able to fit Arai since they usually have brow vents on the visor. You can always check with the distributor to be sure. Some helmets the visor already has UV protection, will it affect it? Will it not transit?
Yes some visors do have UV protection but depend on the level of UV protection on the visor, some UV may still pass through, that's where this insert will still work and become dark, but maybe not that dark since the UV is not as much.
not having the need to buy a dark visor sounds good to me
Well it's not being to be super dark but it does darken so that the glare is not like a clear visor, so good for the eyes. 😁

Can it be applied on curved visor or only flat?
Since it's on fully insert (behind the visor) the outer visor surface doesn't matter.. Unless it's fishbowl type visor like those retro helmets..
Can u put in on a pinlock?
Yes it should fit visors that have pinlock posts because it's shape/size is generally smaller than the pinlock since it is meant to fit for generic/universal visor.
As long as it does not overlap the pinlock posts then it will be fine

Do you see your own reflection in the insert? I see myself during the daytime.
It depends on certain conditions such as the sun angle and how bright it is shining into the visor opening, then yes there would be some face reflection but I would say even on normal visors there would be some reflection too? I didn't find it too disruptive when riding. However if you find it too much to handle, you can compare with a normal clear visor (and a dark one) and see if the reflection is seen as much or lesser?
